I purchased a 2014 red Lincoln MKS last July. My car was due for its 15,000 mile maintenance. I was unable to take it in when I had set up this maintenance. A friend took it in for me and the staff was great to him just like they always are to me

Great sevice and everyone was helpful.
I took my car in late in the morning and had it serviced and new windshield wiper blades put on and asked to have the headlights checked and see if they needed to be adjusted and it was all taken care of in a short period of time. I was very satisfied. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Experience and Repair Service at Diffee Ford
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the man who took our car in to be repaired. The waiting area is nice and comfortable for everyone. I appreciate the care and comfort with which our automobile was taken care of.

This was the first time I'd ever dealt with diffee and it worked pretty well. My last car buying experience was awful so this was a pleasant surprise. The only issue I had was that they wouldn't negotiate price with me as I'd already been pre-approved for a certain amount. Just because you've been pre-approved doesn't necessarily mean you can afford that. The staff was very nice. If dealt with one guy on the phone and then a different, older gentleman and while he was very nice, i wonder that the other guy shouldn't have received the commission.

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited vehicle on January 17, 2015. The service was excellent from the time I walked in until we drove away with the car. I first was shopping by myself, and Dennis Schuller showed me respect and courtesy (something that I did not get at a couple of other dealerships). Court Diffee took the time for a conversation, as well. Mark Chestnut was certainly helpful with our financing paperwork - and nice. I would highly recommend Dennis as a sales representative. We are confident and trusting that Diffee Ford Lincoln will continue to be of good service for us when we may have need.
