Salesperson was very helpful. The owner personally handled our trade in appraisal and reviewed the various rebates that were available to us. And the owner gave us a very fair deal. The dealership earned our business. The finance representative was very nice, helpful and thorough. We took advantage of the 0% interest promotion.

Best dealership in town.
I am a regular customer with Diffee. I have my oil changed on my 2008 Lincoln MKZ that I purchased there and bring it in for any issue that I have. My only concern is that almost every time I have had it serviced, I have mentioned a rattle and squeaking noise under my car. The guys behind the desk in service don't seem to hear what my husband and I hear every time we drive it down the street. It has not been resolved and I really don't understand why. We are very willing to pay for the work. All of our other concerns have been dealt with and we have received outstanding service.

Retired Accountant
Purchased 2012 Explorer. First of all let me say I love this car. I have been looking at Explorers for the last 6 months. Decided to drive to Diffee's in ElReno. This was a very pleasant experience. No high pressure, nothing of that kind. They just showed me their inventory and let us drive any we wanted. Took us a couple of days to agree on a price. Purchased the vehicle. Drove it out just about closing time. Next day reading the book, trying out all the extras, just couldn't get my navigation system to work, (it was stuck in Florida). Called and took it back to the dealer who thought it was a reset problem. It was not. The car was not recognizing the system. Had a bad part. They have ordered the required part and I will return to have it installed. I am a happy shopper.
