You all are incredible with your Customer Service. Your new facility's beautiful and functional ! I know you must be very pleased. Your Waiting Room is comfortable, clean, friendly and up to the minute with Fox on tv. Thank you for not showing CNN or the Networks. Service on my car was completed earlier than estimated, it had been hand washed and cleaned inside and out and on top of that, it was free! How can you top that? Only with your snack basket to eat on the way home! WOW! All that aside, I always look forward to bringing my car in for service because you are so respectful to your customers and I know you will give the best service there is for my Navigator. Overall
Bought a 12 Ford Explorer Limited, we love the ride but have a few pproblems with the little stuff. A couple of the power point covers were broken off, resulting in another twenty dolllars, and upon the first rain we found out the wiper blades were worn and would not clear the windshield

Great service
Great service. I had an oil change and tire rotation and had them check out an issue with the towing lights. They swapped fuses and that did not solve the problem but suggested I bring the vehicle back when I had more time.

great service and very easy to work with
I purchased a 2011 f-250 super duty the sales person was great and very helpful. The financing department was also great and very easy to work with. Was the best experience with a new dealership I have had.I plan on visiting again for a Ford explorer in the future. I will Recommend to all family and friends.
