I had many questions and they were answered very quickly and with complete knowledge of the car's instruments. We purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKS. We Love it!! I have been around delerships my entire life. Worked for Bob Moore for 10 Years and other dealers as well. Left on good terms and thought I would always by from Bob Moore. In the past my wife absolutely could not stand going to buy a car no matter who it was. After this experence with Diffee we will ALWAYS purchase our car with Diffee. It was a pleasant experience for both of us. Extreamly Frienly did what ever it took to make the deal work. One of the owners is one site all the time and actually involved in the deal. Wow I truley have never seen that before!! I will recomened all my freinds and family to Diffee.

Easy place to do business. I bought my truck the night before thanksgiving. They had it cleaned up and ready to go with a full tank of fuel. The salesman took time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was good to go.

We traded in our lease for a MKS and are very pleased. Loren was great with us. He didn't pressure us but had great knowledge of your products. Once my wife had picked out the car she wanted, Loren was very helpful to make it a big Christmas surprise. He found the car with all of the options that we wanted and held onto to it until the big day. There are a couple of items that need attention and again Loren is on top of the problems. We can't say enough about Diffee or its employees. We love your facility also. Speaking as a previous owner, the service department is really friendly and helpful. I can't think of an individual department within Diffee that hasn't been really professional.

Sales person was excellent. Listened to what our needs were both financially and use of vehicle. Gave us some great options to pick from. Never felt pressured, was given the space to make the decision best for us. Excellent overall experience.
