Very good service

Coner did a great job in making are experience in getting are flex,this is the second time he has been there help us. We have gotten about 4 or 5 cars at Diffees

Great to work with and no hastle

We were shopping for a new or late model used Ford Explorer. Salesman was very helpful with helping us look thru the inventory on the lot and searching thru out the area to find us a car that had the options we wanted. Found the car we were looking for and made us a fair offer. Working with the salesman and the finance personnel was easy. This is the second time we bought a car from Diffee and were very pleased with the experience both times.

Exemplarily service

The sales staff and Cort Diffee are the best to work with. My husband and I have bought several vehicles from Diffee of a period of several years. We have always been promptly and courteously service each and everytime we shopped with Diffee. The Christian values of the dealership and its personnel is a refreshing difference from other hard sale dealerships. Thank you to the Diffee dealership for a pleasant experience.

2013 Taurus trade for 2010 MKS

Traded a 2013 Taurus for a 2010 MKS. Very helpful but most of all very Honest. On our last trade-in, you gave us what the car was worth because you identified with us the issue we were having with the car. You understood the car was having difficulty running correctly and you treated us very well which made us feel appreciated and trustworthy when we describe the issue with the car. You confirmed the problem the car was having and I think you gave us a fair offer for the car. I purchased a Certified Pre Owned Lincoln MKX, 2013. Service was excellent, staff was courteous and helpful with no high pressure tactics. Very pleased so far.
