Your in good hands with Cadillac

I discovered I hade a scraped my rim on my Escalade. I took it to my dealer and they fixed it. Looks just like new.

Verry Happy!

This is my second Cadillac ad both have been purchased from Bob Moore. The experience has been great and so convenient. I highly recommend the purchase, but for me "service with kindness, a smile, and attention to detail" matters most!

Proud Again

I am very proud to be driving a Cadillac. My CTS had a car door dent on the passagenger side. I took it to my dealer and now it looks like new again.

SRX service visit exceeded all expectations

Took our SRX into Bob Moore for a scheduled service visit made with Diron. Vehicle was serviced as needed and performed additional checks at my request. They also performed a full vehicle detail as we just returned from a long road trip. All results were exceeded our expectations. Received text messages to let us know the status of our vehicle, they even let us know the window when we could pick up the car. Overall great experience, that is why they are the only one's to service our vesicles.

Improving my ride

My Escalade was vibrating on the steering wheel. They balanced the tires and checked the entire car to improve the ride. It now rides much better.

Best Sevice

Reggie is the best. He has my car ready on time every time and keeps me up to date on services needed for my ATS. When my car is in the shop he lets you know were they are on it so you are not wondering will it get finished today.

What a huge difference in customer care!

Top notch customer service! The way everyone there makes sure you are taken care of BEFORE you have a chance to ask for something. Whether it?s anything from a snack, comfortable place to hang out or a loaner Cadillac Bob Moore is on top of everything!!! Sure, you bought an expensive vehicle and expect it to never have a problem. However in the real world things can go wrong.
