Be Cautious Shopping Here

If you are older and a female, be cautious shopping here. I would advise you not to come alone! I came in to see a 2012 Kia Sorento in January, 2017. They had brought up the vehicle from their Norman, OK store for me to test drive. I had waited for it several days. It had not been detailed and it was filthy inside. Also, it had a huge crack in the windshield. When I was waiting for the salesman to help me, a third salesman came up and was very rude to me. The first salesman drove up a used Chevy Cruze and I said I'm not looking for a sedan. The third salesman said "Well, you don't really know what you are looking for", in a rude tone. The first salesman was supposed to call me when they got the windshield fixed and the SUV detailed. He never did. A few days later, the car was removed from their website. They tried to intimidate me with three salesmen. They tried to get me to look at a totally different kind of car. They lied about calling me back. And one salesman was just downright rude. I would recommend you not shop here alone. Actually I would not recommend this dealership at all. There are other ones nearby that treat you with respect. This store taints the other stores associated with the name Bob Moore. Their saying is Respectfully, Bob Moore. But they were anything but respectful the day I shopped here. Disrespectful Bob Moore.

Great Customer Service

Our experience was by far The Best experience my wife and I have ever had with a dealership. Our Sales Consultant, Thomas Masseen, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very genuine. Very happy!

Sales staff was great. Finance people very helpful. Everyone took the time to help us and made my wife and I feel important to them! Facilities are very modern and customer friendly. Had a lot of cars and they helped us get exactly what we wanted. Great place to buy a car!

Reasonable charges

The dealer is always out of mind once my warranty is up ....however ,the price quoted over the phone was worse case scenario but once I arrived the work was actually less than I expected. The vehicle is a pricey one but we all know dealers charge whatever . The service contact guy was pleasant and not pushy about other things they suggested to be repaired, overall I felt good not handled.

Great dealership, service, and people!

I have been very happy with my 2015 Cadillac SRX! First of all I had never owned a Cadillac product but my son urged me to check them out. My first priority was to buy from an American owned company. Mark Lee was my salesman and he was wonderful. I feel like I have made a life long friend and will deal with him again! Ryan Brosnan has handled my service and again he has been wonderful. The waiting area is very nice, everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem that Jeff Crane helped me with and I was very pleased with his approach to solving my problem! I love my car, I love the people, and I love the treatment from Bob Moore!

Service with a smile

I am a very proud owner of two Cadillac's. My Escalade had a car door dent on it. I took it to Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond, Oklahoma without an appointment. My service consultant (Dixon Carter) took my keys and in 30 minutes, I had the car back in excellent condition. That's service.

Service was excellent. Weekend service was on time. Rep Diron Carter always helpful when he is not available. The staff from loaning a car and checking out are always professional and courteous. Customer rep offer sound advice on the top priorities to repair. Great follow up. They care regardless of the age of the vehicle. I appreciate that concern.

Best Service Advisor Ever
