Sales staff was great. Finance people very helpful. Everyone took the time to help us and made my wife and I feel important to them! Facilities are very modern and customer friendly. Had a lot of cars and they helped us get exactly what we wanted. Great place to buy a car!

The dealer is always out of mind once my warranty is up ....however ,the price quoted over the phone was worse case scenario but once I arrived the work was actually less than I expected. The vehicle is a pricey one but we all know dealers charge whatever . The service contact guy was pleasant and not pushy about other things they suggested to be repaired, overall I felt good not handled.

I have been very happy with my 2015 Cadillac SRX! First of all I had never owned a Cadillac product but my son urged me to check them out. My first priority was to buy from an American owned company. I am a very proud owner of two Cadillac's. My Escalade had a car door dent on it. I took it to Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond, Oklahoma without an appointment. My service consultant (Dixon Carter) took my keys and in 30 minutes, I had the car back in excellent condition. That's service.

Reggie is the best service advisor. He's always very accommodating on anything we need when getting my car in for service. Reggie is extremely professional and personable at the same time!!

Service was excellent. Weekend service was on time. Rep Diron Carter always helpful when he is not available. The staff from loaning a car and checking out are always professional and courteous. Customer rep offer sound advice on the top priorities to repair. Great follow up. They care regardless of the age of the vehicle. I appreciate that concern.
