Ordered a 2016 Legacy LT. My salesman was Ivan, great service with no drama. The car arrived four weeks ahead of schedule and delivery was perfect. One of the best purchasing experiences I have had... and I do not enjoy buying cars... After receiving my car, I was dragged to another dealership to help my daughter look for a Hyundai. (same day!) That was the worst car purchasing experience I have ever had... For some reason she just would not consider a different vehicle... now she knows... at least for a short while that dad may have a little more experience than she does... ;-)

First-rate!
I bought my first Subaru Outback and love it! My sales specialist was Timothy Chesnut...great guy to work with. He clearly brings a wealth of knowledge to this job...answered all of my questions and then some with no pressure. Now, six months after my purchase, I still pick up the phone when I have a question. He remembers me and, more importantly, he knows the answer! Best car purchase experience I've had yet!

New Purchase
Every one at the dealership was very professional., helpful, and kind. Each process of our purchase was done in a timely manner. Will our salesman and Reggie the serviceman and Derrick in finance were very professional. We could not have asked for a better experience, Kudos to Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond OK. A Car Buying Experience Worth Reading
I have dealt with 5 different dealerships in my life and I must say my experience at Bob Moore was the most pleasant and professional car buying experience I ever had. They did what they said they would do, followed thru with their commitments, and I didn't have to stay there all day long! When you hear a salesman actually say, "I don't know, I'll have to check that out" then you know your dealing with someone that's honest and has the customers best interest in mind. Our salesman, Thomas Maassen provided a top notch sales experience by showing us our options with no pressure at all. The finance department got me in and out and everything went smoothly. Terrible customer service
I had a great experience with Tim the finance manager. Natosha was my sales person she was ok, but she told me that the vehicle I was purchasing had a luxury package in it which later on I found out to not be true. After leaving messages and trying to reach her several times after that, I couldn't get an answer. The used car manager Zack is super rude and does not care about the customers. After you have signed on the dotted line, you are treated as a non factor. Beware!!!!!!!!

Excellent Service Experience at Bob Moore Cadillac
Took my SRX to service with unknown motor problem. Service writer Diron Carter quickly checked the vehicle and explained what the issue could be so I left the car. Mr Carter quickly called to give me updates when they knew exactly what I needed with all my options and - when I can expect to get my SRX back. Now it runs like new and I feel like they saved me money - very Professional service! Thanks!

Cadillac CTS purchase
I am a repeat buyer from Bob Moore Cadillac. I was treated very professionally buying my CTS. Salesman (Cole Gray) was very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. The CTS was just as advertised and fairly priced. I definitely would recommend Bob Moore Cadillac to my friends and all that would inquire.
