I have never had a better experience purchasing a
I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle, especially as a woman to be honest. Nolin was my sales associate who took a ton of time explaining the features of the vehicles I was interested in, was super personable, and has consistently shown my husband and I why we made the choice to choose Mazda. I ended up purchasing a 2025 cx-50 and unfortunately, there were 2 small hail dents due to the same storm that totaled my old vehicle. Nolin immediately offered to make it right, having Dent Masters work out the dents at no charge and getting us a loaner vehicle. The dents were fixed in a matter of 48 hours or so and even more, Nolin was able to get us free weather mats as an additional appreciation for our flexibility. Plus, I am pretty sure that after that dent fix, they sent me on my way with a second tank of gas. Outside of the generosity, it is obvious that Nolin truly cares. He has gotten to know my husband and I on a personal basis and remembers the little things (ex. my car's name is "Manny", and he refers the car as such). I will forever be a customer of Bob Moore Mazda because of all of these reasons.

Michael Sanchez is an amazing salesperson to work with. He spends the time to get to know you and really advocate for you. He went above and beyond and literally cleaned the car when he saw some imperfections before leaving the lot.

Michael was an incredible salesman. He helped us with all of our questions and was a real advocate for us in the whole process. Financing took a very long time but we were still satisfied with the purchase due to the care that Michael took with us.

Nolin and Aaron were amazing.
Nolin and Aaron were amazing. After having my previous car totaled out in a hail storm I needed a new car rather quickly. They were patient answering my numerous questions and helping me find a good deal.

Kenneth was great and helped us to get not one but two CX-5s after our old cars were totaled from hail. He even convinced my boyfriend to convert from a Subaru person to a Mazda person with a few test drives.

After going nearly 12 years without purchasing a new car,
After going nearly 12 years without purchasing a new car, I was hesitant to take the leap. After researching and reading the excellent reviews I decided to give Bob Moore Mazda a try and it was the best decision! I already had an idea of what I wanted and was prepared to have more expensive models with added features pushed on me. However, Aaron Wyckstandt greeted me when I walked in, rather nervously, and made the entire experience excellent. He directed me right to what I wanted and had answers for all of my questions. Aaron’s knowledge and appreciation for cars was a welcomed addition to the experience. I cannot thank Aaron and Bob Moore Mazda enough for making the whole process of purchasing my new CX-30 a wonderful from the moment I walked in.
