After going nearly 12 years without purchasing a new car, I was hesitant to take the leap. After researching and reading the excellent reviews I decided to give Bob Moore Mazda a try and it was the best decision! I already had an idea of what I wanted and was prepared to have more expensive models with added features pushed on me. However, Aaron Wyckstandt greeted me when I walked in, rather nervously, and made the entire experience excellent. He directed me right to what I wanted and had answers for all of my questions. Aaron’s knowledge and appreciation for cars was a welcomed addition to the experience. I cannot thank Aaron and Bob Moore Mazda enough for making the whole process of purchasing my new CX-30 a wonderful from the moment I walked in!

He’s been taking care of my cars for years, and when he found out I was getting a new one, he made a point to come out, congratulate me, and share some valuable information about my new car. Great experience, professional team/environment! I arrived before doors opened knowing what I wanted. Sales manager immediately welcomed me into his office & had a salesman (Dale H.) get me the car I wanted to see/test drive. All my questions were thoroughly answered & Dale provided very useful information to help me evaluate the Mazda CX-5. Never was there any pressure tactics or “games” we tend to associate with negative stereotypes of the car sale experience. Agreeing on a price was quick & easy. Paperwork processing, by Jarod, was also quick & painless. I am very content with the entire transaction & recommend Bob Moore Mazda to others. I will look to business with them gain.
