Great experience until we realized we were lied to......
When we first arrived at the dealership everyone was very nice and welcoming. They got us a salesperson fast and be pulled up the vehicle we had called in in advance and we test drove it fell in love and decided to buy it. Over the process of going over the car features my husbands asks if the vehicle has a remote start. We were told there actually isn’t one on the key but that it is just an app you download and it’s no big deal....we said awesome and went on down the road. When the purchase of the vehicle was complete I asked the same salesperson when I would be able to download my app for the remote start (I have a 4 months old and it was 10 degrees outside at this time, so this was an important feature) he tells me when I come in on Friday to do my step three they would get the app and all that good stuff all set up for me!!! Fast forward to Friday and I ask about getting the app downloaded and another guy informs me that the vehicle doesn’t have a remote start I don’t know why you were told that.....when I talked to another sales manager about it all he had to says was yea sorry they don’t come with a remote start and rattled off all of these different options and how much I could spend on them! Didn’t offer to fix the problem or help in any way. It was pretty much just TOO BAD! So we felt very lied to and this was an important feature when buying this vehicle. Very disappointed and have been spreading the word to watch out for this.

Great Salesman
The salesmen we spoke to were respectful and polite. They really worked to get us the best deal and we got a great one. Marlin, I believe he’s a manager, was very polite and really did work with us. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. So if you’re looking to buy and get the best deal, you have got to check out Bob Moore!

Good experience

Not what i expected.
the salesman, Brandon, was courteous and knowledgeable. The sales manager was not. When test driving my potential trade-in they parked it half-way in a parking spot much further away than where it was parked, on a cold windy day this did not seem very professional. I took my business down the road to another Mazda dealership which was a much more pleasant experience and I purchased a new vehicle with them. I would not recommend Bob Moore Mazda to others.
