Wonderful experience

Horrible

The ad posted on Cars.com was incorrect about the features the car had. They have all been very rude after the sale. Will never shop with Bob Moore again!

Great Experience!

I had reviewed their stock online so I knew what I wanted. They went the extra mile in getting me the color and optiins I wanted. They even stayed an hour after closing.

Horrible!!!

The ad said that the vehicle has seat warmers and after purchasing we found out it did not. They told us there was nothing they could do. Was told they would repair the back hatch, when we called again he said it had a recall and to just take it anywhere, when we called to schedule to have it fixed the service department said it was not on recall but to take it somewhere else and pay ourselves to fix it. We have called and talked to the salesperson, spoke with financing and to the service center and all have been very rude. My insurance company called and they were rude to her. The service after the sale has been horrible. I will never purchase from a Bob Moore again.

Dmacs

Easy to deal with. They stuck to the price quote provided via email. When we got to the dealership, the car described in emails is what they had ready for us to test drive and the sales person took time to show us the features of the vehicle. The financial guy was easy to deal with, offering various warranty packages but not pushy. Good experience overall.

Hassle Free - No Pressure- Great Car

My recent visit to Bob Moore Mazda in Edmond Oklahoma was a great buying experience. I was shown the cars I had picked out on the Internet and they had brought the vehicles up front and was ready for viewing upon my arrival. The sales associate I delt with was also curtious and he was knowledgeable on the cars I was shown, which was unlike the prior dealership I had just left, where pressure was put on you to buy what you don’t want. Thank you Bob Moore for making my car experience a pleasant one!!!!!

Bobby is the man!

Came by to check out the inventory of the new 2018 Grand Touring CX-3s in the morning and got a scheduled test drive that afternoon after work. Ended up getting great value for my trade and now I'm bombing around town in my new car. Old car lasted 13 years and 253,000 miles. Fingers crossed for the same result from a Mazda.

Great, easy process!

Recently switched from a luxury car to the brand new Mazda CX-5, I am beyond impressed with the car. The dealership was very easy to work with, I didn?t feel pressured at all and it only took a couple hours for the whole process including financing. I have been pleased ever since and will recommend Bob Moore Mazda to everyone! Very personable staff, nice facilities, they even have a great variety or snacks and drinks while you wait. I was very pleased with this dealership.
