Quick and easy

Bod Howard had a special service weekend, $9.95 tire rotation. In and out under 30 minutes. Friendly and professional; quick and easy. Great service and saved me money.

How to treat a customer

You know how often you rate a doctor by their "bedside manor"? Well I rate our sales executive in the same way. He was thoughtful caring and complete with every phase of our used car transaction. Special note:his name is Grant and you can ask for him by name.

Terrible service

I scheduled an appointment for an OIL CHANGE witch Curtis and Bob Howard in Edmond. I also had a nail in two tires. Good thing I purchased the road hazard package when I purchased the vehicle, which has less than 40k miles on it. Curtis called and said they weren?t able to patch the tires and I need new ones, I told him I purchased the road hazard package and he said the tires are too worn to qualify, even though they don?t have 40k miles on them yet. I didn?t argue and said okay, please replace them as I have to leave for a work trip early the next morning and need my vehicle back. I highly doubt he submitted the pictures to the road hazard warranty people but he said he did. My wife dropped me off after work at 5pm, they?ve had my vehicle all day so I assumed it would be ready. It wasn?t. I waited for an hour and half and finally paid and left. On my way home I was scrolling through the dash options and noticed they did not reset my oil gauge or put a new sticker on the windshield. I called Curtis to confirm they did the oil change, as I am leaving for 1,000 mile trip the next morning at 5 AM. He said yes they must?ve just forgot to reset it but double checked in the computer and said it looks like they forgot to do it. They were closing in 10 minutes and did not have time to do it that night so I had to cancel my trip that I made very clear I had the next day. Of course, Curtis says it was someone else?s fault and he wasn?t aware of an oil change. The next morning he text and says it was his fault he apologizes bring the car back up and he?ll take care of it. I go back up there the following day and after all of this I still get charged $100 for an oil change. In addition to the $1k plus for new tires that should?ve been covered by the road hazard warranty. I?ve bought at least 5 vehicles from Bob Howard over the years and after this experience I will never do business there again.
