No respect for other people?s vehicle. There mechanics need to be taught not to touch the doors or the headliner especially with grease on there hands.

Just picked up a brand new 2017 GMC Canyon All Terrain yesterday evening. From beginning to end this dealership and the staff made my time there outstanding . Robert Rogers and Wayne Webster both made sure I understood every single in and out of my deal. Everyone we spoke to in the service department was very professional and honest. The guys were attentive to our concerns about our out-of-warranty vehicle. Our vehicle was diagnosed thoroughly and the repairs were completed quickly. Wonderful experience.

We are so thankful for the folks who work in the service department! We had the pleasure to meet Marty Gulley (and others) who walked us through each step of the process. In addition to our purchasing wiper blades, having the routine service done, they were also able to find the cause of a leak in the a/c system and repair it in record time. Due to our afternoon appointment at this dealership and the extensive repair that was necessary, we were loaned a marvelous GMC Terrain until the following morning so that we would not be without a vehicle in the overnight hours. Our 2011 GMC Terrain was all set for our pickup by 8 AM the following day. That was amazing! Thank you!

Had to have a Warranty repair on my vehicle and Chris and Colby in the service dept were so nice and helpful and got me right in a loaner car and had my car done the same day!! Love this dealership. They've got a customer for life now.. :)

By far Parks is the best dealer I've ever dealt with. I have had quite a bit of issues with my 2011 Terrain, no fault of Parks, just multiple recalls and other issues. I had moved out of state to Michigan for 1.5 years and tried several dealers to compare to Parks and I didn't find one that could come close to comparing. Parks always goes above and beyond. I actaully was thinking of buying a Chrystler product because of the issues with my Terrain however I have came to a conclusion that I will buy another GM product just so that I can deal with Parks!

Everyone at the dealership is very pleasant and friendly. Chris the service rep is always helpful and pleasant to speak with when I need to explain something. I've walked up front and the lady up front and some of the salesman always speak and talk with me. Parks is a very nice and great place to get my vehicle worked on. Thank you Chris and folks.
