My husband and I purchased a GMC Terrain the week of Thanksgiving from Parks. The salesman, Brian Schmitz, was extremely hospitable, informative, and honest. Mr. Steve and others went the "extra mile" to locate the exact vehicle that would accommodate me, and ensured that I would be able to travel back home safely and in style. Servicing of my vehicle will definitely be handled by Parks service center, as I know I will receive the same ideal treatment. I will always be indebted to the entire establishment for their genuine kindness. Terrible Service department with Shady Mechanics
Took our 2005 Buick Rendevouz to Parks to have a single speed sensor fixed within the transmission. 4 Weeks later and thousands of dollars in work and I am stuck with a car making terrible noises coming from the Transmission and suspension / wheel bearings. Parks refuses to fix issues and I am now stuck with a broken transmission. No one at Parks communicates, Mechanics are shady, no one ever knows what is going on. They wasted a huge amount of our time and money. The owner Robert practically mocked me on the phone while I voiced my concerns. Do your best to avoid these folks, they are not concerned with the customer as much as they are their new renovations. This has been an absolute nightmare and I would not wish this dealership or their service department on my worst enemy. You have been warned.

1st Time Car buyer!

Wonderful Salesmen
