The service writer, in the service department, was good to deal with. The sales department has a lot to be desired. I am thinking of not buying another vehicle from Lithia because of them. I have bought four vehicles from them, and they keep getting worse.

I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler and Marc Nussbaumer (sales) was very helpful and finance manager was very friendly . I was able to drive down to Santa Fe and be finished with the whole transaction in 2 hours which is a first. I will recommend people to drive the 3 hours and shop at Lithia.
