Flawless

I am a returning customer. I am extremely happy with their service, their attention to details and friendly service, Cory Vollmer, Andy Tewntyman, and Mr Naranjo handled everything perfectly. As I mentioned to them, the only reason you become a return customer is because of the service and the way they make you feel. To all of you a big Thank You! You guys are the best. All the features, details and everything pertaining to the car was explained to detail. Andy knows his cars and he is Great.

Professional service & excellent followup

Lythia Chrysler,Dodge, Jeep

I have been a client if Santa Fe Chrysler-Jeep since 1993. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them through 2 or 3 agency ownerships and have alwas found them courteous, informative, and satisfying To deal with. The repair service is also satisfying. I recommend this agency to many people. I also like their efficient shuttle service to and from my home during repairs.

Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.

Looking to trade in my Chrysler Aspen and purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. Christopher Craver, the salesman, was very helpful and made my wife and I feel like family. Interestingly we are all originally from Michigan. We ended up purchasing 2 Jeep Cherokees, one for me and the other for my wife. Trade-in price was reasonable and purchase price was good. John Good took care of the financing and was very nice as well.

My story at Lithia, Santa Fe

So we were touring with a2004 Ram diesel with 250,000 miles on it. Coming out of Alamogordo I noticed a "bang" from under the truck when I pulled away from a stop. It sounded like the drive line was coming apart. We limped into Santa Fe and found the KOA and dropped the trailer. We then went into town to find the Dodge dealer and stopped at the first auto dealer we came to. Nissan...the Dodge dealer is cleeeer on the other side of town they said...can you give me their number say'I...so I called and thanks be to God, Dominic picked up! We got to the shop late, on Saturday no less, so he and his shop foreman could have a look and get some parts coming...I think I fell weeping into his arms. We were traumatized but thank ful that we made it to town and didn't drop the drive line in the desert with no cell service. Dominic arranged a rental car for us and the lead mechanic helped us decide on just a U-joint replacement or a new drive line ( which turned out to be a long-lead back-order situation) We had to simply replace a u-joint because we have to stay in town for days waiting on the new drive line. I later learned that that fine young mechanic had lost a family member in a car crash over the week-end....so very,very sorry, he was a wonderful, empathetic young man. Outstanding service on a 20 year old Jeep

Outstanding service from a fine service person and the experienced mechanic that worked on my car. So far, my Jeep runs very well, a great improvement over when I brought it in to be serviced.
