Don't waste your time with other dealers!

Awesome customer service! It took me a couple of months for me to get the vehicle I wanted. Cory and Andy were professional, patient and maintained communication. We established a relationship of friendship and trust. More like family. I was not pressured or convinced to buy a vehicle I didn't want. Most importantly they had a positive attitude throughout for the duration. They knew my expectations and as soon as the opportunity arose, they contacted me. The final numbers were an unbelievable deal! I was sold. I completed the paperwork with Mark who was informative well organized. I give my highest recommendation to Lithia and the sales team of Cory, Andy and Mark.

Found what I was looking for!

Great personal service, no pressure. Great inventory selection. Open on Sundays which was critical in my availability, and able to seal the deal same day..!

Service - watch out for overcharging!

I won't be back after being overcharged on a battery replacement that had a labor cost that was $100 more than a Jeep dealer in Albuquerque! They lost a good loyal customer.

I was fed up with the attitude of the Albuquerque Jeep dealer so I went to Lithia in Santa Fe. Marc and Andy listened to my needs and were more than happy to custom-order a Jeep Wrangler per my specifications.

Excellent service experience

Again, the Lithia service department performed our routine maintenance quickly and competently. We arrived two hours later than scheduled because of some family medical issues. The service department happily rescheduled for us and completed the work quickly. Thanks.

It took 3 years to actually purchase a jeep,

I was very pleased with the initial experience, the staff was friendly and cheerful throughout the transaction. I was told that I would need a 1,000 down payment which was fine, gave me 23 days to get that down payment to them which I appreciated very much, Thank You. I called and spoke to the gentleman that was in charge of depositing my check informed him to go ahead an deposit my check on this specific date, when I knew I would have enough money to cover down payment and my other bills that were to come off automatically from my Bank account, he must of misunderstood and deposited my check that day, my account began to light up every day with overdrafts and insufficient fund notices. I called twice to the dealership to let them know if they can help in anyway, I was told I would get a call back, never happened, just very disappointed because they were so nice when I first meet every one.

excellent purchase experience of 2017 Cherokee.

Our purchase experience of a 2017 Cherokee was extremely pleasant. The sales staff was knowledgeable, professional, and expedient (the latter was much appreciated). I highly recommend the Santa Fe Lithia dealership for both purchase and service of FCA products.
