Carlos ortega, service advisor deserves the highest marks because 1 he always remembers my name. 2 he always tracks and follows up on parts orders. 3 he always explains what is needed and how much it costs 4 he is prompt in correcting things that "fall through the cracks".

Awesome Selection Awesome Staff Awesome Experience!
A internet search told us that Lithia had the Jeep we were looking for so we took the drive to Santa Fe. I am so happy we did. Andy met us in in the lot, professionally determining our needs and steering us right to the car we came for. He was patient while we explored our options. Help set up a great deal that worked for us. Finance was smooth and easy, warranty was a no-brainer. I have had lots of experience with the large dealers in Albuquerque and they have bigger lots and fancier showrooms but, after this experience. I will take the drive to Santa Fe, where it is the quality that counts! Cheers Jeepers!!

2015durango citidel sales person christophercraven
after a long search on the internet we found the citidal at lithia dodges website in santa fe. chris craven exemplified excellent customer service .he was so good I purchased the citidal sight unseen.he even sent me to your web to look at the Durango and as the story goes my dream was close to becoming a reality. after numerous discussions with our awesome bank of the southwest specifically blanca barrera branch manager with her expertise,patience I finally secured a mortage re-fianc with a new car loan.lithia dodge management,personel should be commended for their willingness to work with us in elephant butte 3 hours away. chris craven was in daily contact with sales management and us .we even requested that if the purchase was approved, would lithia dodge deliver the Durango to our house in elephant butte without hesistation your company agreed .I would like to thank lithia dodge of santa fe ,personel involved and in particular chris craven for going beyond the call of duty .sincerely jerry m kloeppel and michelle m kloeppel

Pleasant, friendly, competent
My advisor, Kim, made my experience a very good one. She was very pleasant and friendly, kept on top of the service progress, and made sure I knew what was happening and approximate time until finished. The waiting room was very comfortable, with large, soft leather chairs and sofa, as well as tables for computer work. WiFi made connections easy. There were also a good variety of fresh Dunkin Donuts and coffee. It's easy for me to give an excellent review rating.

Regular service, irregular customer requests, and
I was just taking my Jeep in for oil and filter stuff, but had a couple of extra things I wanted done (a fuel 'door' added, new wiper blades installed) and I walked out paying for less than I probably would have for just a oil change somewhere else! Well, yes, I did have discount coupon that had been emailed to me, but really, Carlos (they customer service gentleman I always go seek out first) and the crew dow at Lithia are always so pleasant, helpful, customer oriented. Truly the best service all the way around. Wouldn't think now, of going elsewhere!

Service for recall
Made an appointment and and was Met by a staffp ready to take care of us. The waiting room was nice and clean and fresh hot coffee was made along with some donuts. Waiting time was what was expected, we were given a courtesy call it was done and shuttle picked us up and we're on our way.
