If I could do zero stars I would they overcharged me on a

If I could do zero stars I would they overcharged me on a car that I was told to keep six months and then bring back and my credit would be good and I could get any car I wanted, that was a lie now I’m stuck with a car I really didn’t even want. Now I can’t get a new car unless I have at least 7,000 cash because I owe more then what it’s worth……. Thanks Ted Russell Nissan!!!

Worst experience ever with Bruce Morrison will never return he wouldn’t let me look at the cars they had there I have never been treated so bad by a salesman before.

Awful- beware!

Awful- beware! I bought a new frontier & had for 2 days. Then I get a call saying they made a $2400 mistake & I'd have to sign a new contract. I said absolutely not. Well, a repo thug shows up at my work threatening me with jail. Very embarrassing. I had coworkers asking why I couldn't make my payments. Kinda hard to miss a payment after only 2 days. I was a fleet manager at the time & I went out of my way to have our vans serviced elsewhere. Horrible experience!!!

I purchased a car tonight from Ted Russell Nissan with the help of Brian, Shane, and Greg. All three were hilarious, engaging, kind, and straight shooters. I have previously had bad experiences with purchasing cars and was really hesitant. Brian really put me at ease and built trust with me. Once I got to the dealership, everything was seamless. By the end of my experience, I left with a car I love and trust in Ted Russell Nissan and its employees. I’m not one to write reviews but my experience tonight was superb. You can trust Ted Russell Nissan and expect great customer service. I most certainly will be using them in the future.

If I could leave zero stars I would.

If I could leave zero stars I would. While in the process of purchasing a vehicle, I had a work emergency come up that I had to attend to. This was a very urgent matter, that required me to head back into the office asap. However, when I informed the sales staff that I need to come back later or in the morning, they started to just hurry me through the buying process to finalize the sale. I told them I did not have time and really needed to get to the office, so i could afford to even buy a vehicle, and they continued to push while holding on to my keys. After asking for the 3rd time for my keys back, they finally retrieved them along with a guilt trip. This was a horrible experience. They value their profits over the consumer and I would stay away at all costs.

I'll have to say the service department has redeemed

I'll have to say the service department has redeemed itself! I posted a couple weeks ago that I was having a problem with the window switch, I thought! They have replaced a part at the window, a rubber seal, which appears to have solved the issue! Thanks for the follow up and the fix!

AFTER i sent in my survey saying I was completely

AFTER i sent in my survey saying I was completely satisfied I got a call saying they had made a mistake on my deal. It is my fault for not handing them the keys but when i told them I didnt have 3000 MORE to put down on the car they arranged a 3000 credit limit credit card through Capital one and ran the card for the 3000. They did a similar thing to my son only he stood his ground with them and they 'rewrote' his deal but he later found out they pushed through the higher loan. A good atty needs to get ahold of them!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Pricing seemed reasonable. When they got done thet were charging almost $20 for shop supplies. When this is bought in bulk that's a LOT of supplies. I went for genuine Nissan service on my 21 Titan Platinum Reserve. Really? They washed it, removed the antenna- didn't put it back on and left the passenger mirror turned backwards Service my a##. First and last time for me STAY AWAY...

From the buying experience to getting a different vehicle

From the buying experience to getting a different vehicle than the one discussed , to the pickup 5 minutes before the dealer closed in the dark, to having to come back and fill out different paper work , to having the service guy call me a liar after leaving a review about a suspect oil change experience.
