Should be 0 stars. Will tell you anything to get you to buy car with extended warranty….not worth the paper it’s printed on then they give you a xxxxxxxx story and that they won’t refund it….it has to go towards the loan which is fine but you better live close because you have to “drive” back there and sign a paper, even with all the technology of internet and email…..they are masterful liars…have had my rouge LESS THAN A YEAR, been to shop 2 times nothing covered under warranty. Fixed on strut mount bearing , they said the other messed up HOWEVER, changed the one supposedly messed up and the one they replaced earlier, 741.00 later??? What the heck! Lift gate of all things NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY….GO FIGURE!!!! I cannot wait to get rid of the piece of junk I bought from a den of liars. I wouldn’t get a car from them if they gave it to me. If you buy a car here be prepared to have horrible service from idiots all around….and take lots of lube. You will need it. Never been so screwed by car dealership. The worst experience ever!!!!!!!! Word of mouth goes a long way I just wish I would have read the reviews first!!!!!

"Mechanic" left a half tight quart of oil in my car.
"Mechanic" left a half tight quart of oil in my car. It all leaked out soaking the carpet so bad that it leaked out the bottom of the car leaving a puddle of oil on my brand new untreated garage floor. Service manager was rude and refused to replace my carpet and gave some lame excuse how it's my fault because I provided my own oil among other lame excuses. Said he could pressure wash it. FOH. I will never bring my car back and I will advise the entire local Z and G community not to as well.

I was supposed to get an autoworker discount but 2 days
I was supposed to get an autoworker discount but 2 days after I thought we'd done the final deal they called & said they'd made a $2400 math mistake figuring my discount. I told them to buzz off that was their problem I had a contract. They sent a repo thug to my work & pretty much stole my truck & mailed my downpayment back. Terrible terrible experience. Shop there at your own risk!!

It's what they DON'T tell you when financing
Watch this dealership when buying. We went in knowing who we were financing through. We told the finance manager that immediately. Because of that, we were given no finance options. Our financing went through immediately and about two hours after making a decision to buy, we drove away in our new car. About 3 weeks later, we received a finance rejection letter from Ted Russell Nissan. When I called the finance director at Ted Russell, I was told it was because another credit union had rejected our loan. We hadn't even applied for a loan at another credit union. I also learned that our credit had been pulled three times that day. It seems the dealership doesn't believe the customer when the customer tells them our credit scores, so they run one. Then your bank that finances you, runs one. Then the loan you didn't ask for, runs one. Three hits when you think there is only one. Ask before making a decision to buy.

Extremely poor experience.
Extremely poor experience. Sold me a car that they misrepresented, then after calling to complain, they made new promises about correcting the issue by buying the vehicle back for credit towards a different vehicle. Upon going there, they refused to honor these new promises. When I pushed them to honor the promises made over the phone, I was passed off to the manager. The manager then told me I was a liar, that I was one of those people that wanted to take advantage of people, that I just wanted something for nothing and that I was what was wrong with the younger generation.

Will take you for a ride
Bought a truck and paid 5000 in low inventory fees that felt like a scam. Absolutely no sense of value in my purchase. I was excited about my new vehicle but it feels tainted forever by being charged such an exuberant price.

Horrible.
Horrible. I was sold a car. While it was in detailing to be cleaned, it was damaged. I didn’t realize it till I got home …the damage to corner of hood, grill, fender and one of the lights didn’t work. I talked to salesman ( MEHMET ECIRLI) and nothing was done… was basically accused of damaging the grill, hood and fender in the 45 min it took me to get home! Also talked to sales manager… that was a waste of time… still nothing done… I left a voicemail with finance manager… never received a call back! Since moving to East Tn, I’ve purchased all cars from them… never again The worst part is I told the salesman when I bought the car, my daughter was looking at trading … then after I contacted him about the damage…he said to me “ if your daughter comes in to buy we will absolutely fix your car!!! That irritated me and my daughter she went to another dealer and purchased a new car. It’s sad they are so inclined to blame others but themselves! MEHMET ECIRLI salesman, the sales manager and finance manager were absolutely worthless and only care about the $$ After that comment from salesman neither one of us will ever buy from Ted Russel Nissan again!!!!

They helped my husband in January to trade our old Rogue for a new Rogue. The best deals! They work hard to meet your needs—especially financially. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wish I could rate zero stars. Bunch of old school crooks from the GM on down. Horrible place full of liars. Can’t put in words how awful this place is.
