We bought a F-150 Xlt & the experience was great!
Cindy was our Salesperson & she was excellent. She wasn't pushy, she was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions & concerns.She made buying a vehicle avery pleasant and easy experience. Dawn the manger was also excellent. She was very knowledgeable, able to explain all our paperwork with ease & made it a very pleasant experience! These two ladies are topnotch! We bought a F-150 XLT from them & we love our truck! Would definitely buy from them again. Would give the highest rating possible!

Not a happy camper
They sold me a defective vehicle. The very day I signed my life away I noticed a noise when I was driving at higher speeds. I took it back the next day. I was told to bring it back1 week later. I did. They worked on it all morning. I picked it up and was driving home. I didn't make it 1/2 mile when I realized they didn't do anything. I immediately returned to the dealership. As near as I can figure there's a design flaw that causes this noise. The vehicle is defective. I agreed to wait 1 week so they can brain-storm a solution. I have absolutely no intention of paying almost $30,000 for a vehicle that will irritate every time I drive it. Oh, Did I mention that they sold me a defective vehicle?

2022 Ford Explorer ST
One of the best new vehicle buying experiences I've had. Did most of it online, working with Dawn, and it was fairly painless. No vehicle markup, dealer installed some accessories I had purchased, car was ready when promised, etc. All in all a great buying experience!
