    Gurley Leep Nissan was a great choice to buy a car! I stopped in just to look around and was very fortunate to come out with an '09 Scion xD Release 2.0 that was traded in 10 minutes before I arrived... what a find! Denny Moss was AWESOME-- he was very knowledgeable, personable, genuine, and truly a pleasure to work with. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle, but I was happy to have an experienced professional sell me a unique and reliable vehicle. The financial office was also great. This was my first car so they took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. The dealership did a great job cleaning and detailing the vehicle, too. This was a marvelous experience from beginning to end.

    My experience purchasing my new 2016 Nissan Rogue was the best. Liz-Harley-Good is the best Salesperson I have ever met. Very knowledgeable, personable and friendliest. I was quite nervous and she calmed me down and I am so thrilled. Tim Chapman, who is General Manager of Nissan was so helpful, kind and also knowledgeable. I would recommend Gurley Leep Nissan to all my friends.

    We stopped in for a test drive of a Chevy Traverse which we arranged conveniently online. We had a photo and contact information for the Sales person that we were chatting with online. The car was ready when we arrived for the test drive and we were encouraged to take our time and really drive the vehicle. Gurley Leep did the financing that evening with OUR preferred credit union and we drove home with the perfect vehicle for us to drive the grandbabies around. We spent 6 months researching the Traverse so we knew what we were looking for in the vehicle. Dave never tried to talk us into a Nissan instead of the Chevy and he was very helpful through the process. Dave even followed up the next morning to schedule our first maintenance visit estimating when we would be due for an oil change.

    My experience with Gurley Leep was rather unpleasant. Buying a car is something I have done plenty of times over the years and have good and bad experiences. At Gurley Leep I had to bring to their attention their lack of crediting me back for something they doubled charged me. Additionally, it took them way too long to add some features to the car that I paid for. Lastly, the car did not come with floor mats. All cars come with floor mats but Gurley Leep decided to take these out of the car...REALLY!!!!

    Purchasing a vehicle can be a trying experience. I traveled from Colorado to Gurley Leep to get the vehicle we wanted and the team exceeded our expectations. I had a wonderful experience with everyone there but especially Liz Harley and Tim Chapman. Finding a good dealership is sometimes hard to do and I know that I found one in Gurley Leep. Thanks to them we have the vehicle we wanted at a great price. They were so great they went out of their way to set up the shipping to Colorado and even the shippers were Outstanding. No matter where you are purchasing from I would definitely recommend looking at their inventory and talking to them before you purchase somewhere else.

    I had originally posted the below review on 11/30/15. Over 2 weeks after that Nathan Johnson the service manager called and told me that if I would delete the review I had posted on several websites that he would give me a total refund (although I only want the amount I was over charged) and he gave me his word on that! I deleted all the postings that I could and on the rest I stated that the issue had been resolved. He said that he would call me when his IT guy had confirmed that. Well as of today 1/29/16 I still haven't heard anything from Nathan. So much for his "word". Original Posting: I purchased my car here 3 yrs. ago and had always been happy with their service until last week. I took it there to have an oil change and they called and said it was due to change the brake fluid and differential fluid. I was told the price would be $100 for one and $139 for the other. I told him to go ahead and do them. When I picked up the car the bill was $496. I was shocked. I asked the service rep and she didn't have a good answer as to why it was so high. The oil change with coupons was $4.95. I asked to talk to the service manager but was told he wasn't available and I had to get back to work. I called about an hour later and he still was unavailable so I left a message. He called me and said he would look into it and call me back. Well it's been 5 days and have yet been able to talk to him. I've called 8 times over the last 5 days and his employees have left messages and have even texted him. Believe me I will never but another vehicle from any Gurley Leep dealership again.

    BEWARE! I purchased new Pathfinder Platinum in March of 2014. Since my purchase I have paid for $4700 in "maintenance." I felt like I was bullied into getting this work done. When it first happened I called and complained to Nissan but nothing was done. My average spend each visit was $187. The final straw was when I went in a few weeks ago and asked for "just and oil change" and was called by Nate and told my serpentine belt needed to be replaced at $200. He told me it was cracked and made me feel like I would crash my car if I didn't do it. Of note, he has been the main person that has strong armed me into all these repairs. When I went to pick up my car the belt was not in stock and all the sudden it was not an urgent fix. I left that day on a mission to get out of that Nissan. I have since traded it in on a 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum. I was happy to pay for any negative equity just to get out of this car and the ridiculous maintenance fees. I caution anyone on buying a Nissan, but if you do, do not get your maintenance done here.
