Possible scam attempt.
Took my Kia Soul in for a bad sensor. They also gave me a courtesy inspection of my vehicle and gave me a list of things that need to be serviced or repaired. My automatic transmission needed servicing, My car has a MANUAL TRANSMISSION?! I question whether anyone really inspected the car. If someone inspected it, he/she was incompetent.

Sorento PHEV
Overall, this was not a bad experience. There were a few bumps in the road, but some of that it to be expected when buying a new car. I would use my salesperson again in the future.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A STROKE
Their service department is terrible!!!!!!! Called on 4/20 to get appointment to have window regulator replaced and was told next appointment available was 6/20. Went in to see service manager and put in appointment for 4/27. Dropped off car at 7:30 AM. As of noon today 4/28 they have not even looked at it. Unable to get a manager on the phone (all of them in a meeting at 4PM on Friday). Service person I talked to said that it could be another 4-5 days before they “diagnosed “ the problem. Have they offered their keys for 5-7 days? Not only no, xxxx no! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL END UP HAVING A STROKE!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Diagnostic was same as the repair that was denied
Charged me almost $200 for a “diagnostic” that happened to be the same amount of the repair I declined. Quoted one price over the phone and a different amount once I was prepared to pay. For some reason the tax wasn’t included

Love the Car but dealership doesn’t care for you
The service was decent but the Kia dealership made a mistake on the car invoice and wanted us to come back in and pay $500 the next week after we had already signed off on pricing and the loan. They could make $500 in a heartbeat but decided to blow us up to come back in and pay the $500. Please watch signing the paperwork and make sure everything is accurate. Dirty business as we didn’t make the mistake and had no clue they missed $500 When my wife went into the dealership to turn in the title of her trade in she spoke to someone that was very aggressive and rude to her about paying the $500.

Useless
Would give 0 if possible. Bought 2 cars from them but their service department sucks. Had a Wednesday appointment but picked my car up 5 days later and it was never looked at. Kept saying technician backup. The service customer reps were useless, the service manger refused to return my calls. Will never buy another KIA.

NEVER AGAIN!
To more fully answer the previous question, it didn't just take "more than 24 hours" for Bob King to diagnose and replace a malfunctioning sensor. It took them two weeks (after they lost my car for a complete business week). As disruptive as this was to every aspect of my life, the worst part of this experience was dealing with staff who refused to communicate, and who expended much more effort in trying to find ways to not have to deal with my vehicle than it would have taken to just service it. Extremely helpful and flexible process
James and Dallas Juarez were extremely helpful during the entire process from order to delivery. We were kept informed throughout it. The car arrived the same day our second newborn was born. They were very accommodating, and received congratulatory phone calls from both James and Dallas. They also kept my family's safety in mind and offered to deliver the vehicle to our home. The paperwork was also extremely easy.

Kia Sorento
Not impressed. Saw a Kia Sorento online. Drove down to check out the vehicle. The internet said fill out a short info form for additional savings, an e-price. The dealer would not honor it. I did another inquiry, this salesman said he would give me the internet price??? Wouldn’t do business with them. The next day they raised the price by $1000.
