GREAT EXPERIENCE

I went to Chris Nickel knowing exactly what I wanted & got just that! I found "Sophie the soul" (my new car lol) online the night before and went in to give 'er a test drive and fell in love with her! My salesman was very helpful in gettin me into my new car in a timely manner! My total visit was 2 &1/2 hours! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Chris Nickel for your car buying experience! This was my second car to purchase & my first at a large car lot I would definitely come back!

Warranty work

Taken car to Jim Easton McAlester, service department noted all recall done, kept having same problems. Chris Nikel Service Department located the problem and corrected. Would recommend the service department, they were great to work with

Disgruntled customer

They didn't put correct oil in my car. Then tried to say it was a typo on the invoice! I'm not an idiot I buy the correct oil for my car all the time. The only reason I even took my car there was to get the discount, then they put the wrong grade of oil in it!! And if that wasn't bad enough I bought tired from them. They didn't explain that it would take 5 hours to put them on!!! And they put one tire on going the wrong direction!! If I'm correct it's the service advisors job to make sure that the job is gone correctly isn't it??? Needless to say I will never take my 300 S back there again even though I bought it there!!!! We've bought 3 vehicles from this dealer but we've never had problems til now. I will say their collision center is excellent !!

Great service

i took my daughters Jeep Liberty in for service and was very pleased with Abel Flores. He handled all of my concerns and kept me informed of needed work on her Jeep. Great customer service. I would recommend Chris Nikel to all my friends. Very pleased customer.
