This is an amazing dealership. However the car is a straight up lemon. Had 2 parts replaced before 6000 miles. Car kept messing up still, they found a hole in the roof. Even the usb port wasnt attached properly. I had someone break the back window 9 weeks ago and STILL trying to find the right glass. So DO NOT BUY a Buick encore 2022. I should have kept my 2017

Started looking at available vehicles on Facebook. Went in on Friday morning. Discussed available vehicles and had one or two that could be available with one coming in on following Monday. I was called that early afternoon and told the vehicle coming on Monday was mine if I wanted. I went on line and made deposit. Later in afternoon I was called again informing me that the vehicle came in early. All would be ready on Monday afternoon for paperwork and delivery. I went in and the process was smooth and didn?t take long to complete and drove my new vehicle home.

They have held the title to a vehicle we purchased for over a month and lied about it the whole time. Still have not received the title. We tried to speak to the manager, who apparently is the owner, no call back. The title clerk is very rude and just lies about when and what is going on. Worst experience buying a vehicle we have ever had! Will not go back!

Great Service always. As an extra I got my car detailed this time. It looked brand new when I get it back. Great job all around.
