Stacy saved me from making the biggest mistake of my...

Stacy saved me from making the biggest mistake of my life. I probably won't have a car for a while due to being traumatized from the shopping experience (not a reflection on Tulsa Hyundai at all!). But she pointed out some key issues with a vehicle I bought at another dealership that could have financially crippled me down the line. Thank you Stacy.

Logan took care of the vehicle and went above and beyond to address specific concerns. Tulsa Hyundai also taking care of another issue, at cost, so I'm thankful for how they're handling that whole situation so far.

Greg took great care of my car and made sure that I was in the loop at all times. The lounge room is always clean and comfrotable, it makes you forget that you're waiting on your car...lol. Thanks Greg!!

Kenny helped me make long distance purchase. Though he had to be gone when picking up, Dejon had it prepped and delivered it. Paperwork took longer than they expected, but not due to their fault. Appreciate that the dealership did everything to make a very smooth sale and delivery.

After setting my appointment, telling them I need to work...

After setting my appointment, telling them I need to work before the appointment and cannot take any calls or texts they continued to call and harass me to confirm my coming in 3 times!!!! The salesperson and finance guy took no ownership for the calls and just said "they make us call". Terrible!, then after the harassments I get down test drive a 2021 car, they bring the numbers I ask if they can get me down lower - they say they will check but tell me no, they never offered to show me another car and just let me walk. I went to another dealership after and bought a brand new 2022 car, I guess they make enough money as sales people at Tulsa Hyundai to just let people walk and not even offer other options. I will say on the flip side of things their service department people are very nice and I have never had any issues with the service department.
