Took forever the lady said I could text her to get the status of my car never messaged me back! Went to check on it myself was told it was almost done she walked back by 3 different times totally ignored the fact that she told me she would check and let me know…. It was awful

Upon leaving found Discrepancy in mileage range reader, arrival was 416 & leaving dealership mileage range said 313. Was told that the readers are usually off a few miles. Mines difference was 103 miles. odometer was fine, my question, what could’ve happened in the time I was there. How could reader change/drop 103 miles?? It was left that the car is getting older, & sometimes temp plays a roll, it just happens!! Not a happy camper!! Honestly felt as I was being brushed off.

Very informative and friendly while checking our car in for a recall. Advisor sent several messages to let us know when it was done. Pricing on other maintenance items was pretty high.

My experience with Tulsa Hyundai was great! My sales rep Johnny Braggs took me through all the steps involved in buying my first Hyundai and answered all my questions. He never left my side and made me feel very comfortable with the process.

There was a 4999 dealer markup on the car. Apparently it was posted and the salesman says he mentioned it. It was never pointed out nor clarified with us as we bought our car. Dealer gave us 8000 in equity on our trade in and took 5000 in the markup. Had I understood that, I would have never purchased the car that day.

When we brought this to Boyd’s attention when we brought back the title of our trade-in, he showed my husband all the cars had mark up signage on them. There was no such sign on the showroom car we looked at repeatedly and ultimately purchased. It *did not* have that sign. This is terrible bait and switch practice. When my trade in car is sold the dealer will get full equity from my car. Shameful.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair. The Service Writer told me it would take 1-1.5 hours to do the repair. When I came in for the repair the Service Writers that were there when I got there were very friendly and welcoming. I was told to wait in the waiting room after being taken in. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room. When I signed the paperwork, no charge because it was a recall, no repair was done. It was inspected but no repair and still took 2 hours after I was told by the friendly service writer that it wouldn't be long if it only needed inspection. All in all, I am displeased with the amount of time it took to get the inspection done. I am also displeased that I was told it wouldn't be long for an inspection (30 minutes maximum). I am not judging them too harshly as they were friendly. They were also busy, but I had an appointment set up already and had to wait for walk-ins to get their service done, I suspect.

Charged me $100 to align my car KNOWING I had a broken camber bolt. How is an alignment even possible??!! Now they won't return my calls, answer my emails. I'm doing my best to stop from doing up there because it will not be pretty when I do. I
