Mobile Service excellent
Amazing experience, my expedition had a safety recall and they sent out the mobile van to do the recall in my driveway. Communication was great. I can always count on the team at Lewis Ford.

Lewis Ford why buy anywhere else!!!
One of the best sales and financing experiences I've ever had. A big shout out to CJ Mitchell / Calvin Last time my wife and I purchased a car, we were in that dealership 6 hours. And plus I was only going into Lewis to get an appraisal on our outer banks bronco. Ended up trading for a 2023 big bend. And it went very smooth. I think I may have been at Lewis Ford maybe 3 hours. The entire experience was a definite 10!!! And when it comes time to trade again. Lewis Ford will definitely get my business!!!

The sales guys are amazing. Helped me find my dream car at a great cost. Their service department on the other hand, is terrible. Took seven hours to do an oil change, couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for an update on my vehicle, and never heard a word until it was done after asking for them to call me if it was going to be longer than an hour. I asked several times how long it would take, everyone said an hour max. I eventually reached out to the guy that sold me my car, and he got me an answer quickly.

HORRIBLE NEW PURCHASE EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE! ! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. These guys lie and cheat like nowhere I've ever been. I ordered a Ford Maverick Oct. 2021 from these guys b/c they told me the lead time would be 3 months, which was an outright lie. After 5 months I called for a status update. They told me they were too busy to talk to me and would call me back but never did. They never once called me to update me on my order status until my Maverick arrived in late June 2022, they tried to give me a 7% interest rate when I knew I qualified for 1.9% PER FORDS OWN WEBSITE because I looked it up before I went buy my vehicle. I told them I knew I could get a loan from my personal bank for 3.5% but the sales rep told me 7% was the best they could do. I called my bank on the spot to start the process of financing from them and the Sales rep jumped out of his seat and ran to the other room. He came back 5 minutes later yelling 1.9% like he did me some sort of huge favor by "pulling some strings". What a putz! These guys are idiots and they will try to screw you over anyway they can so avoid these guys at all costs.

Honesty and Integrity
I have been using this dealership for over 30 yrs. They have never disappointed me, I shop around and still return to Lewis for my purchases. Even the repair shop is very reliable. The whole dealership takes time and effort to satisfy you. Honesty and integrity are important to the people working there.
