I brought my truck to Lewis Ford after having had less than exemplary service at other dealerships in the area. Josue was extremely helpful and responsive to my service needs. The whole team are always friendly and helpful. I've only had standard service work done, but Lewis Ford is my new go-to dealership.

Do Not Buy A Used Car From Lewis Ford
I am out $9500 because they sold me a car with Four major oil leaks and the warranty wouldn't cover it because it was gaskets and seals. The computer module that controls the alternator was also bad and I dumped over $1000 in it trying to repair that before I knew about the oil leaks. I paid cash for the car and it is worthless 5 months later. Absolutely worthless. They have done NOTHING to make this right with me. They knew the car had problems because someone had returned it just before they sold it to me. I didn't find that out till I tried to register the vehicle. The PROVERBIAL USED CAR SALESMEN. Do not buy a car there.

Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware! Horrible experience and worse nightmare happened. First off... they advertise on Facebook as if a personal sale from a guy who knows is real or not. But its just a bait and switch with an address down the road from the dealership and say "oh that sales guy that is out today" but we can help you out! So I see the truck and they quickly start over promiseming and under delivering. So we go for a quick test drive and abs lights come on immediately and you can feel abs shimmer and abs motor go off like you are sliding on ice but its 90 degrees outside so no reason for that to happen. I ask about it and then told its nothing. Get out and oil dripping on the ground and under carriage has drips on the ground. Sales guy looks concerned and says well its "used" and probably just need to tighten an oil cooler line thats leaking. I ask for a jack to lift the front end to check the hubs and feel for play in bearings to find out if thats why abs light is goin off. I get a song and dance theres no issue and that mechanics are busy and cant get a jack to lift the truck. He then says you know just make an offer and lets see what we can do. I make an offer against my better judgment thinking maybe hes right an easy fix and I notice he keeps avoiding any questions about the front hubs and getting a jack to check it out. Its getting later in the day and i have a big drive in front of me. So we go inside and he goes straight to negotiating and the pressure is on and sayn other people are coming to look at the truck and he goes back and forth with the GM playing the numbers game good cop bad cop. I end up buying the truck on the pretense beside a small easy to fix oil leak itll get you back home almost 2k miles away. So I signed and wrote a check. Well leaving the parking lot I notice the antilock brakes are going off when the brake is pressed. I get on the highway only a couple miles away and its like something is holding the truck back. Then smoke starts pouring out of t
