Super People to Work With. Great Experience!

He was very knowledgeable, professional amd helpful. He answered our questions and explained the functions of the car's features to a couple of "old" people. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Great buying experience

Cale very straightforward and honest about product and my trades. Very fair on pricing of my trade in. Paperwork thru email very easy. Great car buying experience

2.7 Eco Boost Oil Pan Fiasco

I bought my 2016 F150 from Springfield Ford associated with Lewis Ford. In November of 2021 I had a leaking oil pan, most all of the 2.7 eco boost engines have this issue. After spending $1100 4 months later it was leaking again. I talked with the service department about it and was told there was no parts available at the time, call back in one month. In July I talked with Jimmy Johnson again and told him the leak was worse and they should order parts. I was to be out of the country for 10 days in August so we scheduled the 2nd oil pan replacement for that time. I returned on Aug 24th and the truck still was not ready. They still needed a part to replace the oil pan. After having the truck for 10 days I feel that not only should the parts have been ordered in July, but 10 days should be plenty of time to repair the issue. I have appointments scheduled for the next 5 days in 3 states and was told no loaner was available. I understand labor and supply chain issues but I feel I should have been told on the 23rd that it was not ready and no loaner was available so I could make other arrangements. Ford has completely mishandled the 2.7 eco boost oil pan fiasco. This will be the 3rd oil pan on this engine in 90k miles and Ford Service and I both know it will not be the last as this is not a fix. Plastic on aluminum with no gasket is ridiculous. It will not last. This should have been a recall and the owners of this 2.7 engine should not have to pay $1100 to cover Ford's mistake. After I finally get my truck back it will be on the market and I will go back to a Ram truck. I have had 3 of them in the last 12 years with 0 issues.

Great Experience!

Great experience from order to delivery! Sales team, sales manager and DELIVERY Specialists did a great job! Having a Team member dedicated to showing me how to enjoy/use all the crazy tech on my new Bronco was the highlight of the experience. Scott in parts was helpful in adding accessories! Highly recommended for the experience and atmosphere!

Great experience!

Brayden helped me and was extremely nice and helpful the entire time. Someone from the dealership drove me home so I didn’t have to wait the couple hours it would take for my car to be ready and then Paul opened my door for me when getting back into my car. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff!
