Crossroads Ford Kernersville

We have bought 3 cars from Crossroads Ford of Kernersville. Each experience has been very positive from the pricing through the test drives and final purchase details. Although Crossroads Ford of Kernersville is not the closest Ford store to us, we return to them for all routing servicing and repairs. The service advisors are knowledgeable and listen to our concerns. The waiting area for service is clean and comfortable with TV, WiFi and coffee and snacks.

Service for my Ford Edge

I have been a customer since November 2015. I believe in proper maintenance of a vehicle to avoid problems. Robert Murphy in the service department has been upfront and honest about future service needs. I have not had to rush but given time to do some comparative shopping on service. I love my vehicle and I feel safer driving on the interstate with this type of car.

Purchase of 2017 Ford Explorer

We were immediately met outside by Jade, our sales associate. She was extremely pleasant and assisted us through the arduous process of purchasing our 2017 Explorer. Brian, our sales manager, could not have been more helpful and thorough.

Things always go good at Kernersville Ford.

The staff always takes good care of the customer and the car. Have been with them from the start - Purchase to service since 2006. The ford mustang convert has done its job.

Crossroads Ford

Everything went along just fine. Aaron in the service department made sure everything was done in a timely manner and I was totally satisfied. The soft drinks and popcorn was nice also.

All about the benjamins

They gave me a cheap part and broke two covers on top of my engine. I should them but didn't take responsibility for what their mechanic did.

Happy experiences

So far we have bought 3 vehicles from Crossroads Ford of Kernersville. Two used and one new. Every experience from the purchase to the financing to routine service and warranty repairs has been a positive experience. The prices were good,the salesman knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as necessary to acquaint us with each vehicle. The service advisors were willing to listen to us and the services were completed in good time. The waiting area is clean and modern. We will continue to regard Crossroads Ford of Kernersville as "our dealer "and recommend them to all.
