THEY made me a good deal on the phone and kept their word. I'M happy with my car and I enjoyed Terry and the other guys that worked with me during my stay and help make my dream come true.

Great experience
I stepped out of my vehicle Friday afternoon and I was greeted immediately by Pablo. I explained what I was looking for and he took me straight to my new 2019 Jeep Compass. After me being approved, I was helped by Kameron. I explained my budget and he made several attempts with adjusting and we finally found a good price for me. Both gentlemen are extremely polite and helpful. This is my first brand new vehicle and I'm extremely excited and truly blessed.

Best way to get a 392 in your home garage!
I purchased my dream Challenger through Phillip and his team. I live in NJ and have never purchased an out of state vehicle before. Phillip made the process very easy. No haggling. No surprises. Just constant communication and then my 392 showed up on my doorstep. Absolutely wonderful buying experience and I would totally purchase my next vehicle through Phillip and Superior Dodge.

Roger Claret is our salesman. You can ask anyone I hate dealing w/ salesmen. Roger has made buying a vehicle actually painless. In the past I usually feel like I’ve been “taken” and not really pleased w/my overall experience. Even more so if I have to take the vehicle back for any reason. After dealing w/Roger and Superior Dodge My husband and I don’t mind it so much. We feel like we got a good deal on our Ram 2500 diesel. Even when we had to take it back to the dealer for a recall. Roger checked on us then put us in a loaner so we could run some errands while they took care of the truck. I know most would say that’s what should have been done, but a lot of dealers don’t do that. Most dealers really don’t care if you ever come back. That’s not the way Superior Dodge or Roger made us feel. They act like they want our business. Which is rare. We will continue to use Superior Dodge and Roger for our vehicle needs. Thank you!

Lies Lies Lies
Anyone who's ever purchased a car from a dealership knows that you get a full detail on the vehicle before taking it home. The day I purchased mine it was raining so as a condition of the sale I was promised a detail at anytime afterwards when the weather was nice and I could bring it in. Not long after my purchase I got 2 recalls on the vehicle. I called and scheduled the repair and since the day was going to be nice I also scheduled the detail. They didn't have the part to do one of the recalls so they just did the one which was a 30-45 minute ordeal. I had an early morning appointment, 7:15 or 7:30, and they didn't call me until late afternoon, around 3ish, that my vehicle was ready. I get there and my vehicle wasn't any cleaner than when I left it there, other than they did vacuum it. I looked for my sales rep but he wasn't there so another salesman offered to get it taken care of. He comes back in about 20 minutes and my vehicle looked like he just ran a water hose over it. My interior windows have had a film on it from the day I took it home, still like that after a "full detail"... Not ok! I immediately text my salesman, Lonnie, Instead of replying to my text, he calls me (don't want anything in writing I guess). He tells me that the guys who detail at the dealership are not professional detailers. Ok, I get that, but at least make an honest effort. Oh did I use the word "honest"? More on that in a few... He told me he has his own guys who detail for a living and he would get it done the following weekend. That was on March 28th 2019. The weekend comes and goes and I hear nothing from Lonnie. Tuesday, April 9th, 2019, I text him and ask what happened to my vehicle. His reply was "they told me you had a detail.. I will let my manager know you want another one and see what they say." Ummm, WHAT???? Now he's all over the place with what we JUST talked about and all his promises were just forgotten. I called him out on it and his reply to that was "I will see what we can do and let you know shortly." Shortly? Is what to most people? An hour? A few hours? A day or two, maybe and that's stretching ALOT. I have not heard a word since then. Back to the "honest" word. Not one I'd use with this dealership. I finally got my second recall repair done and while it was there asked them to look into my heated seat and steering wheel that's suppose to come on when I start the vehicle manually or auto start as per the settings I have it on. It has worked here and there since purchase but not consistently. I was told the mechanic started it 5 times and it worked every time. Uh, no way!!! I also had them look at it vibrating/idling hard intermittently when parked. I was told that they drove it around a good bit and never experienced it. Ummm, I said "WHEN PARKED" so why are you driving it around? Ok, I can see doing that just to rule out what it might be caused by BUT, I took a picture of the mileage after I parked it at the service desk and guess what? Yep, my mileage had not changed one bit. Soooo, you drove it around a good bit huh? Lies... I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them nor will I recommend them to anyone I like.

Can't even handle recalls
Called yesterday made sure they had everything to do the recalls on 2017 Dodge Ram. Was told they had it and could do it. Setup drop off time of 7am, dropped off asked if it could be done around lunch, was told no problem. Called at 2:00 was told they was no one available to give me any information someone would call me back. At 3:00 I decided to just drive there to see what the status was. Nothing had been done, was told we'll get it started right now will take a couple of hours. Will not return and will advise anyone that asks not to go there

Superior Ram
My girlfriend and I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the last year. We have been more than pleased with the helpfulness and knowledge of our salesman Pablo Villatoro. This man came in on his day off to make sure I got taken care of on the purchase of my new Power Wagon. Any questions or problems I have encountered were taken care of quickly and completely.
