When we got there donte ask my son about paperwork my son told him he wanted his information back but instead donte gave his private information to the other party and we were told that that was not thier problem that was on 11-2£-2019 thats right yesterday and she is already misusing his information that your people gave her and then went above and beyond rudeness to us because we wanted an explanation as to why his info was given to another party we were told domestic how is it domestic if superior dodge gave your private information to another party.

Kim, Lindsay, and Kameron were awesome! I came in picked a truck and had it in the driveway in time to get my kids from school. Superior's customer service is second to none. Lindsey McHenry is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, friendly, truthful, efficient, and she really enjoys her job. It was such a pleasure dealing with her. Kim called me almost immediately after I inquired online to set up a time for me to meet Lindsey. Once decisions were made I met Kameron in finance and it literally took 3 minutes to sign and get my keys because he had everything ready and very organized. These three people showed great team and selfless characteristics and made me feel like the only customer on the lot. Thanks guys and I will be using Superior in Conway for all the rest of my vehicle purchases. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks you guys and Happy Thanksgiving!

I found Kim Sims name under the JL forums and she gave me the best price I could find within a 7 hour drive. It was not only the best price, but she killed the competition. I will definitely do business here again! Once we arrived at the dealership, Terry Brown took us for a test drive in the Wrangler that was specifically built for me and my wife. He took his time and gave us every detail about the Jeep and answered every single question we had without skipping a beat. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable compared to all of the other sales associates we've encountered at competing dealerships. I would highly suggest recommending him as your sales guy. As for the finance department, we dealt with Kameron Camp. He was just as friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and gave us multiple options along with a discount to help us out a bit. So we decided to purchase the extended warranty when we weren't even considering it. Thanks for Everything!

My appointment was scheduled a week ahead and needed a truck for loaner. Told me car was all they had night before. Call to set up appointment again and now on waiting list. Wouldn’t go back to this dealership or another dodge dealer. Fiat,Chrysler,Ram corporation knows and really aren’t much help either. No work standards for these issues they say it is dependant on the dealer you use for what they will do for you. Sorry but if MOLD was growing in someone’s daily use vehicle that has CHILDREN in it daily I would help a little quicker unless they have too many with water leaks?? Also jack under seat was rusted. First dealership I tried couldn’t find leak and told me they cleaned carpet which is not a new vehicle but anyway the rust stains are still in carpet under passenger seat. They have no problem letting you drive a new a few days if your interested in buying but after you bought it’s a miracle to get at least a base model truck to borrow while they fix the issue which is manufactures fault not to mention I’m out money going back and switching all my tools and ladders to another vehicle. So now they dig into my pocket some more. Also first loaner truck I got from different dealer it had NO gas I had to hit first gas station near!!!!!!! Sorry but this is not what I paid to get into!

call ahead this morning to make arrangements for final test drive. I was going to purchase from salesman Jay Peirce. The general sale mgr. refused test drive because I would not sign a paper giving them authority to make claims against my insurance if anything happened to the vehicle during test drive. I explained, I was covered for any vehicle I drove and signing would give them the ability to make a claim for any reason. I had already approved financing for $47,000.00 to purchase but, the arrogant general sales mgr. decided it would be OK to make the customer feel untrustworthy and he was willing to loose a deal than give in to the customers needs just to show he was in charge. OK he saved me money!!!

Superior dodge was wonderful to us! Fast and friendly! We came to dealership for a Dodge Durango but left with a 2019 Durango AND 2019 Ram!!! The service here is awesome!!

We live 3 1/2 hours away and would drive back to purchase another vehicle. If only every dealership was this great! Justin and Terry were Awesome ??. Thank you for making our son's very first purchase an easy one.
