They were ok with the speed they took to repair my car under warranty. It was dropped off monday and they finished it thursday after noon. It was a hybrid fuse. I had to rent a car. Under warranty i was supposed to get it paid back, but kia motors said it is the dealers job to refund me. The dealer said it was kia motors. So as of right now, no one has refunded me my rental.

Brand new sportage
I came into have my Kia Soul worked on and walked out with a brand new Sportage thanks to the help of Stan and Laura! I had no intentions of buying a new car but I am loving it 💕

Service dept gentleman stated I needed a new battery to...
Service dept gentleman stated I needed a new battery to get serviced for a recall to be done. He never looked up my car in the system to verify if the engine light was due to the recall while I was standing there. He wanted to sell me a new battery and asked if I wanted to pay for a diagnostic test after I showed him my recall letter from Kia stating the recall check and repair was free of charge. I found that to be odd with my engine light being on due to recall. I went to Advance Auto Parts afterwards to run a battery check test and the mechanic showed me that my battery life, alternator, and starter was great and didnt understand why I was told my battery was weak. Next day, I took my vehicle to Kia Hickory Hollow location and their service dept was more thorough in checking my recall while I was standing there, verified the problem, and took care of the issue.

New Soul

Very dishonest people when it come to warranties on your car! If something breaks on your car and you've only got five thousand miles on it plus it's a brand new carl then fix it. Don't come up with excuses not to!

Felt pressured and hustled
I just purchased a brand new 2021 Soul from here. I original just stopped in to look and test drive one as I wasn't ready to buy at the moment. The salesman approached and immediately stated "test drive one and lets get you in one today". I test drove vehicle then returned and had planned to leave and think about it for a day or 2 but he insisted I come inside and talk. So I did and he and got caught up in the new car fever. We went back and forth negotiating price and then I told him i really should go get my wife before we close the deal but he insisted we finish up as he might be too busy later to finish. Basically I feel i got pressured and hustled. The salesman was very nice but very high pressured as well. The next day(today) I spoke to the sales manager about returning the vehicle if i paid a return fee and he was very cold and wouldn't even offer and help. Overall the deal i got wasn't bad but I felt very pressured and didn't have time to consider if the Soul would be the right car for me. That being said I should have just walked away early but i didn't. I will get my 1 free oil change form this place and thats it. I will use other KIA dealers for future service rather than here.

Good experience.
I went to this dealership, with two used vehicles in mind. I was set up with an appointment with one sales rep., he ended up not being there. Dwyane Matlock took care of me. Mr Matlock was great. he did not try to pressure me into anything other than what I was actually looking at. Once I test drove both cars that I was there for, I realized that the mileage was way too much for what I needed. I ended up buying a newer vehicle than I was originally going to purchase. Very glad I did. I will definitely see him if I'm ever looking to purchase another vehicle.
