I had excellent service with friendly workers. My car was delivered to me cleaner than when I had brought it. There was complimentary beverages in a clean and comfortable waiting area.

Great Dealership
I took my car in to have the anti-theft software put on after a recall. They took our car immediately. The waiting area was clean and well supplied. The car was ready in the time I was told. The car review was helpful as I found out I needed new tires, which we knew but this confirmed it.

Our sales person, Mr. Jackson, was out front when we pulled up…. He was welcoming, and got to work for us right away. He was receptive to our concerns, and led us through each step of the process. Keeping my Carnival in tip top shape
I was immediately greeted by a service consultant. And they keep me informed while they completed the services. And always gave me the statue of my Carnival. You couldn’t ask for a more caring company. They had complimentary coffee, water, etc in a clean waiting room I could watch TV or work on my i phone or laptop with the complimentary WiFi. They had several charging stations to keep my things charged up. It didn’t take long and my Carnival was ready to go as promised. Paperwork took less than 5 minutes to complete. Then I was taken to my car that was now cleaner then what it was when I brought it in. 😳with in an hour all the service was completed and all the sitting were correct for me to get in my car and head out yo continue my day. Thank you Greenway Kia

Very Professional the paperwork was quick Derek Clayton was a very good salesman was not pushy and answered every question I had. This dealership had no problems with getting my acceptance for a car loan when other places either gave me a run-around or just acted very rude toward me on the phone. I recommend this dealership to everyone they are EXCELLENT! And Tim is the person who does all the paperwork very efficiently! I am so happy with my KIA SOUL-2023.
