Personable

Salesman Pat & Manager Glen worked hard to to get me in a truck I wanted. I felt like they knew what they were doing & I was important to them not just another sale to boost their numbers. Went back today to drop something off I forgot yesterday & both of them came outside when I pulled up to see if everything was good & could they help me with anything. I'm not an easy sale as I have bought many new vehicles through the years. & know all the games some dealers play. I even have a few games of my own that are necessary sometimes when buying a new truck but weren't needed at this dealership with these two guys handling my deal. Everything seemed to be straightforward & on the up & up. I will be back. I even liked the detail guy & when we went around back to fuel up 2 other employees were fueling also & sparked up a conversation about my new truck. This is a very personable & friendly place. This type of attitude only happens when people who work there like their jobs & are happy it becomes second nature for them & this attitude starts at the top. Oops almost forgot the finance guy Johnthon was very efficient & friendly too. Thanks Chris Nelson

Very Impressed

Excellent Customer Service

Howard Watts I feel went above and beyond when I wanted to see the Yukon XL. He snap chatted with me and showed me all of the details about this vehicle. I hate that the timing was off and I wasn't able to purchase at this time. But when I get ready to buy, I certainly will buy from McLarty Daniel Ford! Sharon Davis

Poor Follow up

Tried to buy a Ford Expedition, sent all my info , including pictures of my trade in for a ballpark value on my trade. I never received contact back from salesperson until 10 days later. I bought an Expedition from another dealership. Nobody wants to beg a dealer to sell them a vehicle.

Bad Experience

We had a good buying experience with a great sales staff. However, everything after that went down hill after that. We made arrangements to have the pin stripping removed by the dealership. When we got the truck back paint was pulled off. They nicely offered to repaint it and did which was not a great job. Clear coat was messy, etc. Then when we took the truck in for the first oil change when my husband got the truck back the tint on the drivers side was scratched and grease all over the tan interior. The dealership agreed to fix it. When the truck was returned GIANT scratch down the passenger side of the truck with coffee spilled in the cup holder and the old coffee cup left there....disgusting! The general manager lacked professionalism and was very rude to my husband about the matter. I had planned on trading my Ford Explorer to them this next month but after this experience I will be going with another dealership.

Scary and terrifying

I recently brought in my ford explorer 2001 to have the brakes checked. They diagnosed it after a three hour wait as leaking brake fluid and needing 4new calipers. To repair it, would be over 1000 dollars. They even said it was unsafe to drive. I took it to another mechanic and after one 60 dollar brake booster and 40 dollars labor it brakes perfectly. I always thought a dealer was the standard for auto repair. This dealer is not just greedy but appears to be bordering on fraud.

Best car buying experience ever!!!

I totaled my car and needed to buy a new one but hated the idea of making payments again. I searched several dealerships within 100 miles and could not find anything I liked in my price range. We stopped in to McLarty Daniel Ford and met Jimmy who immediately put us at ease and worked hard to find us the perfect vehicle. It's so much easier to make payments when you find the car you love and know you got a really great deal. Jimmy and Rodney worked so well together to make this happen for us. We enjoyed visiting with the two of them as much as we enjoyed buying the car.
