Best buying experience ever!

Once I had decide that my next vehicle was going to be an Edge Sport I stopped and talked to Bobby Flippo at MD Ford, not know if I wanted an 2015 or 2016 model Bobby told me about the rebates and incentives being offered on the remaining 2015's in stock , After seeing both side by side my decision was easy and I drove my new Sport home that night. McLarty Daniel kept their promise and earned my business! Best buying experience ever!!

Service Center

This is the third car I have gotten. I could not be happier with the service. I get the best treatment every time I take my car in. Their very helpful if I have questions. I would recommend everyone to do business with them. A few months ago my son went in and bought a car. He is also very happy.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL

WHEN YOU BUY A CAR IT SHOULD BE A HAPPY TIME, WELL MINE WASNT, I FEEL LIKE I WAS MISLEAD AND TALKED INTO A 3300.00 $ WARRANTY THAT COVERS NOTHING AND IS SUPPOSE TO BE BUMPER TO BUMPER UP TO 125K MILES. THE CAR IS A FORD EDGE WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES. THE RADIO HAS BEEN FIXED TWICE NOW AND STILL HAS THE SAME ISSUE, BUT THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED....NOT! I GUESS I WILL NEVER GET THE RADIO FIXED. THE BACK OF MY SEAT MOVES WHEN YOU APPLY THE BREAK, THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS NORMAL, WELL IVE BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME AND IVE NEVER HAD A CAR THAT THE BACK OF THE SEAT MOVED WHEN YOU HIT THE BREAK! MY SUNROOF I CANT USE BECAUSE IT CLOSES SO SLOWLY THAT IM NOT SURE IF IT WILL CLOSE THE NEXT TIME I USE IT AGAIN, I WAS TOLD YESTERDAY THERE WAS DIRT IN THE TRACK AND I MUST LIVE ON A DIRT ROAD AND THE WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER THIS..I GUESS THE AIR IN BETWEEN SPRINGDALE AND LINCOLN IS DIRTY BECAUSE I DO NOT LIVE ON A DIRT ROAD!! I WAS TOLD IN JUNE WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME BECAUSE I JUST BOUGHT IT, WELL GUESS WHAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND THERE IS NO TELLING WHAT THAT COST! WHEN IT WAS RETRIEVED FROM THE SHOP ON 9/15/2016 WHEN YOU ARE SITTING STILL AND APPLY THE BRAKE TO TAKE IT OUT OF PARK THERE IS A TAPPING NOISE YOU CAN HEAR AND FEEL IN THE GEAR SHIFT!! THANKS BOYS FOR ANOTHER PROBLEM!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND DONT FALL FOR THE WARRANTY BS BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH IT AND THEY MISREPRESENT IT STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE. WITH ALL THE TROUBLE I DONT EVEN ENJOY THIS VEHICLE ANYMORE ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER SIGNED THOSE PAPERS WHEN THEY MESSED UP THE FIRST SET!! T MORROW

Great Experience

After driving a Ford Explorer for eleven years, I wanted to downsize. but I didn't have a clue what was out there. After two weeks visiting dealer after dealer I determined that a late model Chevy Impala best fit my needs. However, none of the dealerships I had visited had salesman or sales managers that I felt comfortable dealing with. Searching the internet we made a list of seven dealers that had models we were interested in. As soon as we drove in to McLarty Daniel Ford, Mr. Dunivant asked us if he could help us. We showed him our 1/4" thick stack of printouts and and asked about one of the vehicles we had found listed on the internet. He quickly read my husband (whom I affectionately label as one who does not play well with others) as a no-nonsense type of guy and gave him the facts and options knowing my husband would appreciate a straight deal. No high pressure sales techniques just a clean, honest, bottom line approach. We didn't have to go any further, we had found what we needed. A great vehicle and a dealer we could trust.

Great experience.

Had a great experience. Jimmy Truong did a great job. Would definitely recommend McClarty Daniel Ford and Jimmy. We are return customers and when we decide to purchase again will again look to Jimmy.

Such a great experience and amazing people!!

This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I have had horrible experiences in years past and they did their best to right a wrong that had nothing to do with them. That was the most above and beyond experience I could imagine let alone receive. We really appreciate the customer service and personal interaction they gave us. It made us feel like family. It was so relaxed and laid back. There is no feeling of being pounced on like other places. Thank you!! You guys are awesome!!!!

Poor workmanship and communication

I brought my new ford truck in for service, was not able to pick it up my self sent my wife. when my wife delivered my truck to me the repairs were sub par at best. contacted rob fuller the service advisor left message and never herd back. called another number had to leave message as well, never herd back. been buying ford for over thirty years never had lousy work like this before. after telling my neighbor he told me of a even worse experience he had with them. and recommended Springdale ford

Best place ever!

Jimmy Truong was the best! He was not your typical car salesman; pushy, needy, following you around. He showed me the car that I was interested in and let me make my own decisions. Kyle was also helpful on giving me some money saving tips, which was greatly appreciated! Everyone loves to save money. :) This place is awesome. I've had some new car owner questions since buying and they have been so helpful and patient with me! I definitely would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone that is in the market for a new car.
