I worked an Internet deal over the phone with one of the...

I worked an Internet deal over the phone with one of the Sales Managers, so my deal was already done by the time they handed me off to Lana. However, let me say that she was OUTSTANDING in her delivery of the vehicle, helping me pair my phone with my new 2020 Fusion and she was great at explaining all of the cool features of my new car! I also want to thank her for expediting my delivery because I had an appointment back in Fayetteville and I had to be back by 5, and she made that happen! Please see Lana for all of your vehicle needs!

Bobby did a graet job of trying to help me. I was looking at getting a new GMC and he was fixing to go on vacation and sent me to the Mclarty Daniels GMC because he was unable to go with me( he was going on vacation). everyone at the ford dealership has always been great but I caught the salesmen at the GMC dealership in a couple of misstatements. next time I will use the ford dealership

So far we are Very Impressed with your knowledge of the business of both the Sales and Finance side and the differences in equipment options and costs. That is a lot to keep track of, but you didn't have to get back to me on a single question.
