Excellent customer service!

My husband and I have bought a lot of cars from Clark - and I mean A LOT! But every single time we walk into the dealership, Clark is always there for us. My husband is the king of negotiators and he really puts the guys through their paces. I really appreciate everything Clark and Kyle have done for us over the past 20 years. He ALWAYS gives us the best possible deal he can and consistently goes above and beyond, not only in the deal making stage, but when we just need some sound advice. Josh in finance is super too! He is so well informed and personable, doing the paperwork isn't a chore. Thank you, Clark Christie, for being a great professional and friend to our family. We will always be back to give you first shot when we buy our cars!

So I took my car to another dealership today with

So I took my car to another dealership today with hope that they will fix my sync, navigation and camera that McLarty Daniel Ford of Bentonville deleted and refused to fix. Actuality said that my car didn’t have those features. Well it did before they screwed it up. Mclarty Daniel Ford of Bentonville, AR removed the module and replaced it with one that will do nothing and refuses to return my car back with navigation and backup camera as it had when I took it to them.

Stress-Free Car Purchase

Mike Muckenfuss was a great salesman and made the purchase of my 2019 Mustang super easy. They located the car, had it delivered, and I was in and out in a couple of hours. Mike knows all things about Mustangs and was a low pressure salesman. He also went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted.

Top-notch customer service, but watch out for fees

Mike was a great help through the whole process. Friends referred me to Mike and he helped my wife and me find the right car. We were looking at both the Explorer and the Expedition. Mike let us take both for extended test-drives to help us figure out which was the right choice for our family. We got very close to our initial offer, but tried to get out of the ~$700 in extras/fees they try to add to the final price. Got some of it off, but I would have rather they just kept the "extras" and left the fees off completely. Overall, GREAT experience.

I purchased a 2019 F150 and Kane k was on point for the thousands of questions that i asked him, he was very patient and friendly throughout the purchasing process. James Walker helped too!! It was a fun experience!

A Fortunate Meeting

I was fortunate to meet with Jeff Lewis. We had spoken on the phone a couple of times and he provided me with some extra pictures. I can assure you my whole car experience was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about this Cadillac We took a test drive and he helped me setup some of the electronics. And how nice of him to help me return my rental car to Avis. I came from Jefferson City, MO . I got lucky, I am very pleased with my car and Jeff made the difference. Please see Jeff for your future car purchase, I recommend him highly. Johan Keeven, MO
