We just bought a Lincoln MKZ from MD in Bentonville. Kane...

We just bought a Lincoln MKZ from MD in Bentonville. Kane was great to work with...super friendly, fun and knowledgeable. The game room was fantastic for keeping the kids entertained during the process. Overall very enjoyable...and that’s saying a lot.

Jimmy Throng has always done us good on vehicles we are on our 3rd vehicle with Jimmy Throng. I like Jimmy because he knows what we are looking for in a vehicle. And checks other lot to find us the vehicle we like and price.

Curtis takes care of people

I Had an issue with Service department and went to Curtis for help. he went out of his way to help with the issue offering his vehicle for me to drive. you need more people like this.

Josh is fast, effecient and knows his stuff!

We were fortunate to have Josh help us finalize the deal. Josh is a true professional and is a no pressure kind of guy. He wants to make sure you are informed of all your finance options and explains the optional extended warranty for you in an easy to understand way. He answered all of our questions and we were made to feel a part of the MD Ford family. I hope I get this guy on our next purchase. We both really liked his accuracy and speed to help us get on with our day. We purchased the extended warranty to peace of mind. I firmly believe if you have insurance you will rarely use it but if you don't you are always worried about something going wrong. Todays vehicles have so many electronics in them it is almost a given that the odds are high that something could happen. Why chance it? Go for the peace of mind.....no worries

She took care of me when I was there for a recall issue!...

She took care of me when I was there for a recall issue! She got me into a rental car for the weekend and after I told her about an issue I had with service the last time I was there she made sure that I was a satisfied customer when I left ! She was very nice and helpful...you need to keep people like her around!! She knows how to treat her customers!!!

Great buying experience

Kane was great to deal with. Bought a new Ranger this week and the whole experience was excellent. I have bought BMWs , Mercedes and others and the MD team was as good as you get. Thanks Kane and the whole MD team.

Did my research and decided on a F-150. Arrived at the dealer and immediately greeted by Trent Alexander. A very pleasant person who treated me like a person, not a potential victim with high pressure sales tactics. Impressed with Trent!!

One day I walked in to Ford showroom and meet Taylor on...

One day I walked in to Ford showroom and meet Taylor on my way then she really showed me what I wanted, also took me for test ride explained me very well about all the feature and gave me good deal for trade-in. Couple hours later rode back with new car.
