I am not happy with sales.
I am not happy with sales. Was not given 2nd key fob for new truck. As a first time new vehicle buyer, have always bought used, I wasn’t aware that new vehicles come with a 2nd fob. Only after bringing it into service after a month of buying it was I made aware that I should have received 2 fobs. When I contacted my salesman he made it sound as though I must have lost it and should have asked for it that day or next. Now I’m told I may have to pay a small fee if the 2nd fob is more than the $500 they cover. I should have received it first day but I definitely did not receive it. I was handed only 1 fob. Went to dealership this morning and talked with finance mgr and it has been resolved successfully as of this morning. Thank you!

The service department is still great, but since the new ownership the sales department is not great. Nothing like it used to be under the Gavin management. Like I said the service department is still great, and my recent dealings with Collin in the service department was great.

Service manager couldn’t be bothered to return a call
Service manager couldn’t be bothered to return a call after 3 messages were left. Dealership changed owners and new owners won’t honor the lifetime powertrain warranty from the previous owner.

Needed an oil change for my Ram.
Needed an oil change for my Ram. Scheduling was easy, I was first in line, was out in less than an hour. Only complaint was I had found a coupon on their website to discount the price, and had to pull it up and email it to the service advisor to use it. Don't know why they couldn't look at the coupon on the website and see that it was valid.
