These guys have always provided great service. I've been using them for about five or six years and have never been disappointed. They're always friendly, they communicate well, and their techs do a great job. I don't feel like they try to constantly upsell either which I greatly appreciate.

I just had my Taurus in for routine maintenance. The service manager was as always very courteous and efficient. He fully explained what was done and whether anything out of the ordinary was found that might be of concern. I always feel confident that the servicing of my Taurus was handled with the greatest care.
