Stevens Ford

This is the 2nd car I have bought from Stevens Ford. Great sales team, they are very clear and honest about everything regarding the prices and the overall deal. I left feeling good about the deal initially and still feel good about it 2 weeks later. I will buy from them again.

I've had nothing but a great experience with Stevens Ford. Purchased my truck in June and was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes. Just recently had my first service done and was in and out in about 45 minutes. Already thinking of buying a new Bronco when Stevens gets them in.

We had a great buying experience. We've dealt with Brad when he was in OKC and he always makes buying a pleasant experience. This was our second purchase with Stevens and plan to be return customers if the need arises.

They did the work they agreed to do in a timely fashion. No problems with stevens the dealership. Ford however wouldn’t replace a battery on 3year old truck with 29,000 miles. Have bought mostly fords in the past but starting to reconsider.

Very nice salesman, But the finance man was not good. Did not try to get me the best Interest , and Hide the extended warranty cost..😡

Experience has been good. Only problem every time they add DEF fluid it always spilled down the side of my truck. I know it is tough to add DEF without making a mess, but have pride to clean that off before customer gets vehicle back.

Very nice people very helpful we drove five and a half hours to get there they were very friendly made us feel at home and welcomed

The service was good. I worked with Travis. He is good at his job. Pleasant to work with. The only issue I had was when I picked up my truck, I had to deal with a female and she was kind of rude. After I signed everything she just shoved to the paperwork at me and said there you go.

We've always been treated well at Stevens Ford, even though I bought our 2014 Escape at a dealer in Purcell, OK. Whatever the 2014 needed, from routine service to recalls, to warranty transmission repairs, Stevens has always had our back, to include car rental when they've had to keep it a few days. I bought the 2020 Escape the other day, and had forgotten that I had my credit report blocked to prevent identity theft, and Stevens made it work, anyway. Their service department is awesome; I couldn't ask for better. They always explain what they've found, and if I need a rental, even at their expense, they always call across the street to Enterprise and make it happen. You can't go wrong at Stevens Ford of Enid, Oklahoma.

I was very happy with Stevens Ford. Yhat is why I return to them form my next new truck purchase. I brought my truck back recently for it's first oil change. I recieved fast and excellent service. If I decide to buy another new truck, I definately will return to them!
