Check Engine light on Friday afternoon.

We were in VB on Friday afternoon, when the check engine light came on in our 2020 Gladiator. I called Danny Hedrick and he advised go to auto zone and borrow their machine to determine the cause. It was a P0300 multiple misfires code. I called Danny back and he said if the light was not flashing (It wasn’t) to drive to the dealer ship, go to service, and ask for Angela. It was about 4:30 on Friday afternoon when we arrived. Angela greeted us and said she would get it checked out to see what they could determine. Within 30 minutes she returned and said the code had only happened once or twice and had stopped. They reset it and it didn’t come back on. We left on Monday for a 6 day road trip and drove 1300 miles and the light has not come on again and the Jeep has performed flawlessly. I can’t thank Danny and Angela enough for getting things sorted out on Friday afternoon, so that we were able to leave on Monday for vacation.

Top Notch Customer Service

Jeep Renegade

My Renegade was there for inspection, oil change, and front end alignment. I waited for my Jeep to be done. Everyone was very nice and kept me informed of the status of the work being performed.

Just received our new Jeep Wrangler that we ordered thru Starr Motors. Dealing with Danny and Brad made this process so easy. This is the Second Jeep we have purchased from them, they are a great dealer. They have our business for any more Jeeps we purchase and also gor all of our service.

Love our Wrangler

Great experience when we ordered our Wrangler. Glenn helped us get exactly what we wanted. When it arrived, while we were signing the paperwork, service department cleaned it up and put our plates on it and Glenn went through all the features and showed us how to use everything and even paired my wife's phone. Can't say enough good things about Glenn and Starr Motors

Great sales and service!

New tires and front end alignment

Outstanding...professional and courteous. Lisa is the best.....she booked the appoint that worked for me and I had my Hemi back in just a few hours.

Great Service

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for routine maintenance. As usual, Lisa was GREAT! She greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was really surprised that she could tell who I was through the mask. I love working with Lisa! She’s always professional and pleasant, but above all she’s extremely personable. She had me in and out in no time flat! Thank you, Lisa! As always, it was a pleasure!
