Mike in service department great.

Mike in the service department was very helpful and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to my truck. The truck was finished in no time at all

ALL AROUND DISSAPPOINTING

They claimed my appointment was not in the system, even though they say my name in the computer. Kept my car for 20 hours and did nothing. I asked for an oil change, fluids check, and to check another issue, all that was done was supposedly the other issue, but now I'm skeptical. Never called to update me that my vehicle would be kept overnight. This is my second time coming here, and same treatment, will not return.

TRUSTWORTHY GUYS

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I brought my car in because it smelled like gas inside my car. Didn’t think much of it, just wanted to have it looked at. As soon as they popped the hood they found oil from my recent oil change at “Take 5 Oil” everywhere and that the technician at “Take 5 Oil” never put the cap back on. The company was refusing to pay for all that needed to be done and these guys really went to bat for me. I’m 5 months pregnant, new to town, with a husband out at sea. I had nobody to help me but these mechanics and customer service reps and managers treated me like family — and took care of all of it in one day so I could go to work. I know very little about cars and engines and I have been taken advantage of in the past by other mechanics, but these guys are the real, honest deal. If you want a good, quick service by RELIABLE people who actually care about you and not just how much money they can get you for, go to these guys.

Horrible experience waste of my time

Typical switch and bait not interested in helping anyone or going the extra mile. Unless it's too help their pockets. Never again will I step foot into one of their buildings.

Fiesta

I loved my experience and my new car!! Georgy and Alycia were a great help and made it an exciting experience. I needed a car THAT night and I got a car THAT night. So glad I had them by my side

F150 purchase

I worked with Dave Cynar on purchasing a F-150. I looked for several months and wasted several days of his time. He always responded in a timely fashion and did his best at getting me the best truck for the best price. I finally purchased one and the buying process was just as good as the looking, searching, and deciding process. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever, which I love. Highly recommend.

Cavalier Ford

I worked with Nick Mayers to buy a 2020 Ford Explorer. He was very attentive and made the process as smooth and fast as buying a car could be. A+ Service

Drew(finance), Seth(sales), and Wayne(manager) made my experience quick and easy. Way better than any car buying experience I have had in my 30 years of buying cars. They were fast, fair, and the salesman was very helpful with all of my questions about the car. Not pushy either. Thanks Cavalier.

Ford F150

I decided to bring my 2015 F150 into Cavalier to see if I could get assistance in clearing "MY VIEW" screen. There I had the pleasure of meeting Nikki Pepke Service Manager. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and time she afforded me in explaining how to reset my dashboard screen. Bought a great F150

Stopped in to check out an F150 after seeing it online. Worked with Chris (online), Barry (Mgr) and mostly AP (Salesman). AP knew everything about the vehicle and continued to push to make the purchase work for us. Very happy with the dealership.
