The best there is

I came here without intentions of buying, but the salesman was so kind and professional I quickly changed my mind! I never expected such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle. Seth(sales) and Wayne(manager) went fay beyond what they had to! Thank you Cavalier

Amazing salesman!

Ended up having an incredible experience at Cavalier ford. Seth Pleasants, my salesman, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and Seth to anyone, they will surely take care of you.

Outstanding Experience - Highly Recommend Cavalier

Purchased a 2017 F-150 Platinum. Zack Treece (sales manager) went above and beyond to provide an unbeatable price and worked hard to get me a 0% interest rate. Best car buying experience I have ever had in Hampton Roads. No pressure and a knowledgeable sales staff.

not a happy customer

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and the finance office messed my paperwork up the vehicle was paid for cash by a cashier's check while I was waiting for my title no title ever came I called DMV and discovered they had put on my Paperwork that the vehicle was financed I had to wait a month and I still have not gotten my title the salesman was great but management and the finance office people are horrible T Parker Carrollton Virginia

Horrible Service!

I gave up on the Service Department of Cavalier Ford a couple of years ago, as it took more than 5 visits to identify and fix an overheating problem, and at least that number of visits to identify and fix an issue with my clutch/transmission. And it was next to impossible to get thru on the phone, normally waiting 15 minutes or so, after which the operator would oftentimes come back on and ask me who I was waiting for. I recently noticed the significant number of positive reviews posted, so thought I would chime in with my experience. Bottom line: Sales may be great at Cavalier, but beware of the Service Department. Yes, I gave up on this dealership completely - I just recently purchased a 2017 Mustang GT, but not from Cavalier, and I have no intention to take it there for service. They are not. . . my "dealership for life".

Didn't Buy fro them BUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I didn't purchase the vehicle here but the salesman was very attentive trying to find the car for me..

NEW FORD TRANSIT

Bought a new work van from cavalier ford , I was first shopping for a chevy. But ford offers better height choices for my line of work sales guys were very helpful .thanks

Great Service Experience

I was very happy with my service experience at Cavalier Ford. My service writer Rebecca Dozier was super friendly, helpful, and informative! I was also very impressed with the atmosphere of the service area and it's waiting room, they were both very clean, and warm and inviting.
