From the very first phone call through the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee the service and overall experience was great! Anthony was so nice and genuine; I truly felt he was being honest and doing what he could to send me home in the car of my dreams. I had recently had a very bad experience at another dealership and was very skeptical to continue my search, but after just speaking with Anthony over the phone I could tell he wasn't like the other salesmen I had dealt with. Everyone else at the dealership that I spoke to was so friendly and just took time to make sure myself and my family were okay and getting the help/service we needed. Dan, the Finance Manager, was very helpful in explaining all the paperwork and answering all my questions - it isn't everyday I buy a new car so I'm not an expert on what I am doing. :) It was a very great experience and I would definitely do business here again, even with it being a 1.5 hour drive for me.

Very prompt and friendly, my salesperson Justin always made himself available even on his days off to answer my questions or work with me on different issues that came up. Got a great del ( better than any other dealerships offer ) on my trade-in, and when I did find an issue with the windshield of the car, Justin went out of his way ( 2 weeks after the deal was done ) to make sure they took care of the issue. I came to these guys with some crazy issues and they worked through them all to give me a deal that was right for me and my budget, Best experience I've ever had buying a car.

Wes, answered the phone and he invited me over to see the various trucks and colors. It was a very unassuming no pressure first visit to help me decide what I needed and wanted. Thinking the crew cab was enough truck but driving a supper crew was very impressive. My husband wanted me in a safe vehicle as the commute to work is often met with drivers crossing the yellow center line. It actually happened with Wes in the truck as we took a test drive. Ford F150 ride was better than a German SUV and more safety features for the money. I will admit that we did checked out another dealer to see a bigger selection. There are so many options to consider when buying a truck. I had to see and experience them. This was a real learning experience over a car purchase. I found the truck I wanted but there was no follow up on the pricing as promised by the out of town dealer. I contacted Wes who is very professional and told him - I know what I want. Wes, found the very truck with all the features that I wanted and then some. He drove the truck to me and provided the pricing as promised. I am a firm believer of buying local and supporting my community. Wes and his team member Travis were friendly, not pushy and professional. They know about trucks. Don helped me decided on the extended warrantee and the maintnace packages. Brad in service affirmed that the prepaid maintenance was a good deal and they accommodate a ride to work if needed.

Wes Shropshire helped us with the purchase of a used pick-up. The experience was very good as we found him to be helpful and straight forward. I would go back for future purchases and I would recommend others to go there.
