Mike was an excellent guy to work with.

Mike was an excellent guy to work with. The experience was great the truck a 2019 F150 is awesome… Super clean… My only issue is the was no owners manual.

Avoid this dealership.

Avoid this dealership. My experiences with them are the following: Tried to sell a truck that had the speedometer rolled back from 260k to 133k miles. Was not disclosed on listing, only found out when I checked the carfax. Purchased a 2018 f150 that was advertised to have: 6 Speakers, AM/FM radio, Radio: AM/FM Stereo/Single-CD Player, Radio: Single-CD/SiriusXM w/7 Speakers, SYNC, Speed-sensing steering, Low tire pressure warning, Compass . . to find out that the APIM module that operates all of these features is bad and they won't replace it.

So we had Fred as our sales rep. We went in looking for a Jeep Wrangler, and he was understanding to what our needs were, what we were wanting to spend, and VERY patient with us doing our test drives. When we wanted to start the purchase process, he tried to make things as efficient as possible and stayed with us the whole time. He was great, very calm, and everything ame out to be more than fair. Where do I begin.

Where do I begin. I bought a 2018 f150 in 2022 and was given a power train warranty and I purchased one a $1500bumper to bumper warranty. When I started having the well known 10 speed transmission problem I was told no cure for it but it wasn’t bad enough for me not to manual shift the gears to keep it from trying to upshift two gears at a time to make it really slip. When it really got bad I brought it down and was told my warranty expired a month back in April because the both extended warranties went back to when the vehicle was originally punched in 2018 by someone else. I got 2 years and 30k miles out of two 100,000 mile 6 year extended warranties. Read the fine print because I assumed they sold the same warranties as Berglund which are actually the mileage and years you pay for. The worst thing is Ford issued a TSB in late 2018 to all dealers about these transmissions so they were supposed to be disclosed to the purchaser. If this happened to you contact a lawyer as I have.

Easy to work with quick process.

Easy to work with quick process. I would buy from them again. Everything was easy and fast it helped that they had the truck on the lot that I wanted.
