We went to look for the car on their lot as there were no pictures posted on line yet. The salesman was very nice, told us where the car was, got the keys, let us look the car over. We were not ready to buy that night. Went back three days later to buy the car. The salesman who had helped us earlier was busy with another customer and asked another salesman to help us. This young man let us take the car for a test drive and explained more of the features. We were able to negotiate a fair price and all paper work was done in less than an hour. One of the easiest cars we have ever purchased. Everyone we dealt with was nice, not pushy, and very professional.

I had a really good experience at Don Franklin. I’m new in this country and had to wait for my SSN number. I found a car I really like and Don Franklin hold that car until I got my social. The service was perfect. Thanks again. And a special thanks to Adam!

Long distance internet transaction!
Found a specific trim used Ford Transit van that I had been searching for months. Found one at Don Franklin via AutoTrader and CarGuru. Was a bit hesitant to commit, because the vehicle just arrived and there weren’t any pictures posted yet. Sales consultant Tommy Stearns immediately texted me photos that he personally took and a precise vehicle history. That’s all I needed to make the long trip from PA! Tommy arranged for a colleague Bobby to pick me up at Louisville Airport and drive me the remaining two hours to the shop. Paperwork was fast and easy. I happily drove the 8 hours home. Thanks guys!

Not Happy
I have been getting my oil changed and tires rotated since I bought my truck paying 39.95 The last time the price was almost double and no one bothered to tell me before work was done. Was told I needed a coupon for lower price . I was not happy.I have always Been pleased with the service but this price change was very disappointing.Also I was to have 2 warranty issues taken care of and they only did one. I drive 40 miles and wanted both issues taken care of at the same time.

Nice used Chevrolet
Was looking for a nice used car for my mother who is 83 and found a 2003 Chevy Malibu with 94 thousands miles on it from Don Franklin Ford.The sales person I talked to was Adam Capps and he was so help full.I didn't want to buy a fairly new one because my mother will not be able to drive but for another year or two at the most.The dealer ship told me this car was taken care of and they sent me pictures of it and I was really pleased.Anyway they checked out the car for me because I wanted a safe car for my mother and the dealership checked it from front to back and replaced with new parts if they found something wrong.I was so pleased with Don Franklin Ford and the sales person Adam.Got a real nice and safe car for my mother at a very fair price.Would highly recommend to anyone to check with them first.THANK YOU-Don Franklin Ford and Adam Capps.--Mr,Ron Bishop-1/9/2019.

new truck purchase and service
I took a chance and drove 2.5 hours to purchase a new truck and I am glad I did! my salesperson (Ross Schambon) was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal on my trade in. He helped me get the payment I needed and the truck I wanted, can't ask for more than that. I had such a great experience with my purchase that when I put a new bumper on I traveled there to get it done. Ross was right there to make sure it was done properly and I was treated fairly. The service dept. went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Ross and Don Franklin to everyone.
