Michael Procaccio is a very nice and professional salesman. He made my experience very comforting and used a no push sales approach. I enjoyed working with him on the new purchase of my Honda Civic. From beginning to end the whole car buying experience was wonderful! I emailed Duncan to see what they could do on price for a new 2013 CRV because I was having problems dealing with my local dealer in Roanoke. If the price was right it was no trouble to drive an extra 40 minutes away to make a deal. Pam Sweet got back to me right away and we talked about what I thought was fair a fair deal. She spoke to her sales manager and made the deal happen. I drove to the dealership the following Monday and went home with a new CRV for my wife. I cannot express how easy it was to work with Pam. She was very careful to go over all the details of the buying process with me and took the time to deliver GREAT customer service! I just bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty today from Duncan in Christiansburg. I was very pleased with the staff that helped me. Nick was an excellent salesman. He drove my Jeep from Chritisansburg to Roanoke for me, being that I didn't have a driver with me. Great people to deal with and professional. Thank you Duncan!!!

My husband and I had dealt all day with another dealership and after determining they couldn't get to where we wanted the price/payments to be we headed home. The salesman we had been dealing with all day actually told us to stop at Duncan's Hokie Honda because he was sure they couldn't beat their prices. Michael met us as soon as we pulled in and within 15 minutes told us they could actually beat the competitors prices with an excellent warranty! We purchased the Honda Civic EX-L, the sale was quick and we would definitely recommend to our friends!

Our experience dealing with Pam Sweet and Duncan's Hokie Honda was a very positive experience. Pam did not push us and answered any questions we had. She made us feel very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and professional. One thing I was impressed with was no one had anything bad to say about the competitor we also looked at. They let us make our own conclusions and when you have a good product it will speak for itself.

We stopped in the dealership after dinner one evening to look at the Honda CRV. Our intent was to look only because I'm not an impulsive buyer. Seth met us and immediately we felt welcome and respected. He was anxious to help us learn about the CRV and showed us several different styles never pushing one or the other. I like not feeling pressured. Knowing the reputation of Honda, but never owning one, we decided to make the purchase. It was time for the dealership to close but no one made us feel that they were in a hurry to leave. The vehicle was cleaned up, we toured the service department and was instructed on how to prepare for future service. The paperwork was handled quickly and smoothly with Paula. Seth programmed my phone to the vehicle and reviewed the features with us. We left feeling that we made a good purchase from the right dealer. Seth stayed in contact with me to answer any questions I might have had and offered his assistance if something did come up. GREAT JOB! This was an very positive experience - dealership, sales, finance, and overall staff. Thanks to everyone involved.

Pam Sweet was by far the best car salesperson I've ever come in contact with in my life. She wasn't pushy at all and was very respectful and patient in listening to what I wanted in my new car. It was my first car I've ever purchased myself after graduating college, and Pam made sure I was fully informed during the whole process. I had a time constraint- I needed to buy a car within four days before moving to a new city, and Pam made sure I got my dream car. She helped negotiate a trade for my Honda Fit in the color I wanted from another dealer and had it delivered to Hokie Honda by the next day! She even helped me get floor mats ordered and picked up on my way to move to Washington DC. Overall a wonderful person, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a fair price and non-stressful buying experience. Thanks, Pam!

Low pressure dealership and salesperson that provided all the answers and options without force feeding us options. In the end we chose a higher model, but felt no pressure to do so. Couldn't be happier with our purchase with no buyers remorse whatsoever.
